Hylton is just like Love. Always trying to slip something in and acts like "oh so surprised " I don't believe her trying tobe like I didn't know.

Can we tall about their illegal arrest of witnesses? The states threats of staying in jail until they testify? The oops errors have been so many it blows my mind. The judge said to ms love how can this be anything but intentionally being done.

The judge lacks control of her court. Judge allowing the prosecutor to constantly overtalk her is pitiful

@@eonianomegaI think Peter is doing better, not interrupting his dad as much as he used to. Hopefully he has seen all the comments about it and worked on better himself on that point. We all love to hear from papa Tragos, his opinion’s are always interesting and valuable 😃

Part 2 : They drive me crazy, they invite guests to be on their show , they ask them a question, the guest can't answer the question from the host being rude by interrupting them , I wish you would let your dad finish the answer.

This trial has been an absolute $hitshow. From the weird politicians, the weird lawyers, the weird witnesses, etc. This case has been so strange from day 1. It has been so extremely unfair & our courts should not be ran this way. Everyone involved in these charges and trial needs to be fired immediately. I feel so bad for the jury. The defense and victims deserves a fair trial.

Another witness said the same thing about someone being locked up. Hylton should have made sure her witness knew not to say that.

Love is not prepping witnesses or redacting texts that she knows need to be redacted. She keeps repeating same errors. 🤯

@@annm9589 exactly, I can’t say for sure it’s on purpose but it for sure is happening way too much to say it’s an accident now at this point. Mistrial with prejudice is the only option in my opinion
@KatB792 ай бұрын
Yes, it was Det. Dennis. The jury were told to forget his whole testimony. Yes, the whole thing. What does that tell ya? Mistrial with prejudice, definitely.

As it stands now, the jury is supposedly instructed to return Tuesday, so probably not over. But maybe some defendants able to plead out with fair deals in lieu of accepting mistrial.

The state has broken the unspoken rule "never ask a question you don't know the answer to." Has made them look dumb over & over.

I have no faith in the justice system. And this trial has only reinforced my views. No way should this had gone on so long. Prosecutors were suppose to have all the evidence before locking these men up. Heart breaking. 💔
