@MissSimone022 ай бұрын
This saction stands because this is not the first, nor the second or third time, a STATE'S witness has said something prejudicial while on the stand. The DA should not be permitted to continually allow their witnesses to speak out of turn. If you have not properly coached your witnesses as to what is appropriate or inappropriate to say on the stand, then you will have consequences for those actions. Plus, the case cited by the defense was absolutely on point.
@drekafine88312 ай бұрын
I'm not impressed AT ALL by her ruling. She'll make it up to the state one way or another, watch. She's gonna still continue to give the state chance after chance and break after break. They've already done chit to get sanctioned worse than this, and she did absolutely nothing about it. So this ruling doesn't doesn't move me not one bit. It's a start, but it's worthless if she doesn't follow through with any more of those empty threats that she likes to issue out to the prosecutors.
