In 2009 I bought a flapjack with the garden 50p, I did like the 50p but my belly enjoyed the flapjack more, did I make the right decision, yes, works out I paid £300 for a flapjack, it's the most expensive flapjack in the world! But you are right, the value of coins on ebay are ludicrous, then media hyping the coin purchase, majority of the time it's drug dealers cleaning money, then the public thinking they have a chance in making big money.
