​@arvinddidel4591 Exactly. Cameras are so disappointing, especially the stupid post-processing that ruins a perfectly fine photo. Phone garam hone ki to aadat ho gayi ab. Battery bhi bas okay hai, not good enough for the price. It is also an objectively inferior phone than it's US counterpart. And reviewers should really be calling out Samsung for using the same model name for 2 different phones.

I'm enjoying my base S24, and it is great to see more KZbinrs reviewing the base model. It is the proper size for me and has all the features I need in a small size. Cameras are fine for the price point. The display is also fine. I actually find myself using some of the AI features, particulalry the summarise and spelling and grammar features when using the Samsung keyboard with Samsung email, text and WhatsApp. Battery life is good, although I'm not a power user. Nice to someone reviewing a Samsung phone who is not wearing an Apple Watch. Good job.

I was also looking for personal reviews like this. I often see reviews that it's not worth the bucks just because it's not much of a big jump from the previous series. And they are not even using it everyday Hahaha. Contemplating on getting the base model as well.

The reason people don't like Exynos is because they compare it to Snapdragon and don't review it as a standalone chipset. Which is completely understandable considering they're giving snapdragon 8 gen 3 to the US and give a worse performing chipset to Europe for a slightly higher price. That's a scam

@@michaelthapa4913 If you compare S22 Exynos to the S24 Exynos you will notice significant improvements. It's just that people compare one model S24 to a different model S24. It's not the people's fault but it's Samsung's fault for not making all models Snapdragon in the first place.

Just got the s24 standard, i have to get used to the size NCIS compared to my iPhone 15PM it's super small but it IS a powerful phone and the screen is beautiful, also the galaxy buds pro 2's sound great with it..i thought about sending ball for the s24+but may stick with the standard, got it for 399.00 on Google fi so it's a win win traded in for the pixel 7

youtuber techmo did a detailed comparison on the s24 snapdragon vs exynos, the result exynos inferior to the snapdragon, snapdragon constantly much better in performance, battery and heat management. Whilst the exynos is good, the snapdrgaon is excellent, we are getting ripped of compared with the exynos, i would only purchase this phone if it is heavily discounted.

Nl tech did test comparing big boys s24 plus exynos and s24 ultra 8gne3 as well as many 8gen3 phones when pushed hard 8gen3 drops worse than 888 and 2400 matains better performance but the king of efficiency is stll last year top dog 8gen2

(My whole point is getting a phone for next 5,6 years with no lagging issues and any heating issues ) And also if it is worth SD gen 2 over EXYNOS 2400 beacuse i couldn't find any SD version of S24 in my country. I am using it since 2 months, its gets too hot while using camera and also drop its peak brightness then what is use? we cant click picture with its peak brightness 😢 , exynos is getting bad and bad after use

It could be certain apps. I had some heating issues with my s24 plus snapdragon and find out it's not the phone but the app. Certain apps are just not optimized for your phone and cause it to overheat. Make sure to check because other than a few apps I've had absolutely no issues with overheating...

I have s 24(small) exynos 6 month batery is ok so far so good with upgrades -work with android auto is great (wv) wireles charging is slow --i expected more pixels on screen ( but is ok) MAYBE TOO MUCH BRIGHTNESS ON SCREEN IN NIGHT!!!

I am in the market for a new phone for my girlfriend, but will buy her a GS23 instead of buy the GS24 for me and giving her my GS23. It is really so said that they chose to put an inferior processor for markets outside of US and china. I am really fearful that Exynos phones will get worse updates than snapdragon.

How do you not get what the issue is? It's pretty simple: US gets an objectively better phone, with the same name, at the same (if not less) price, with a different chipset. The fact that Exynos is an okay chipset is besides the point. If Samsung really wants to continue this anti-consumer practice, they should change the model names so the average uninformed person knows what they're getting. In this case, there would be 2 separate reviews for both phones. Please don't invalidate people's complaints when they're completely valid. And don't settle for anything less than our US friends are getting (unless it costs less too).

Adam, thanks for the review. But I wonder if you could talk about the long existing problems with Samsung screens malfunction (usually after updates). I have had similar occurrences (lines on the screen, green screen etc) on my Note 9, Tab S6 Lite and S23 Ulta recently. I have 2 friends with Note 20 Ultra, both having multiple green lines on their screen after recent update. I know of no one addressing this issue boldly. Samsung isn't providing a proper coverage, support or service to address this. Hope you could do a video on it Adam. Thanks
