Is there a QUOTA on how many people can pass their driving test?

No - I don’t believe there is - and for these reasons……

Its a myth . Drive safely and do things right for the situation you will pass. I passed first time but i had plenty of practice from 13 private land then from 17 evety evening pllus 2 weeks holiday and about 6 or 7 lessons. Passed first time, but it wasn't like i i only had 6 hours driving on the road I did think i failed as they stopped marking. I thought marking was good . Someone i know took 3 times basically because they didnt get enough practice. 1 mate tried to pass on his birthday put failed for blindspot but had being driving tractors on the road since 16 . My farther did pass on his birthday but he been driving on the road in a reliant robbin which you only needed a motorbike license for. Obviously totally different to now.
