Hair thinning is often related to DHT. There are two main antagonists to testosterone. One is aromatase. The other is 5 alpha reductase. If you block aromatase, the prostate will push out more 5 alpha reductase. So elevated DHT, leading to acceleration of hair loss. I am currently taking 15mg per day of finasteride (high dose) and barely need any arimidex. It works very well and even though I am on low dose TRT due to pituitary issues, by having two blockers in place, my Testo level has risen almost double. This means I can get away with half the dose and only once per week.

Would have to disagree about inhibiting DHT having no effect on your receding hairline. It absolutely does prevent further recession of the hairline. I've lost zero hairline since using finasteride and a few other hair drugs. Lots of before and after's online with men that have receding hairlines experiencing great success with a DHT blocker.

Nandrolone does raise prolactin and causes prolactin induced gyno. The Doc said you need to use a very high dose of nandrolone to get prolactin issues. Myself and many of my clients start getting issues at 600mg + weekly. I used over 1000mg NPP and my prolactin was sitting at 17.6. After a couple weeks of using cabergoline at 1mg twice a week my prolactin levels dropped to 2.3. I would recommend caber at 0.5mg a week when you’re using high dose nandrolone, including trenbolone.

Needs vary and drug toleration also. Everyone varies. Great example is the bodybuilders from the 90s, lower dosing was used. They weren’t nearly as big as the guys today. If someone’s goal is the get to a certain size and decides to use higher dosages but also tolerates it well then I don’t see an issue. Meaning blood work has to be done and blood pressure has to be monitored.

1 mg per every 200 mgs of test. I would start out at .5 per week and adjust it from there. You definitely should not need more than 1 mg per week at the dose that you are on.

Jay I would try nolvadex first, if you’re having some nipple sensitivity. And that may be all that you need is nolvadex. It’s milder than arimidex. If you’re estrogen was high, then you have to use some form of A.I. You may have to reduce it to .25. But definitely try to get some nolvadex if you can and treat that nipple sensitivity and once it’s gone, try .25 of arimidex once a week and see how that goes. You’re going to need some form of estrogen control. A lot of times, nolvadex will be all a man needs. It depends upon your blood work. That’s the true measuring stick.

But I skipped the clomid. Also take ibutamoren 12.5 mg every night all 7 days of the week at bed time. That sound ok?

@@adonisgroup3242 personally I just started testosterone replacement therapy and I am measuring my estrogen every 3 weeks or so... I split my HCG to three shots and testosterone to 3 shots . Because I'm not spiking my testosterone (I think) I have not needed an aromatase inhibitor so far... I took one for one day and I had muscle pains all over my body... I wasn't sure what the cause was at the time but I have reintroduced HCG and testosterone and have not had the same effects so I am blaming it on arimidex.... until my estrogen goes over 30 or so personally as long as my doctor is okay with it what my levels have been so far and I don't have any symptoms....I'm not going to worry about it I'm just going to go off the labs...if my labs are okay and I don't have any symptoms then I think I'm okay... I am taking a multivitamin with a ten-to-one zinc to copper ratio which is said to help reduce estrogen .
