You should try the 24 hour vegetarian Bee Hoon @ Blk 443. There is also the Dry Ban Mian @ Blk 440. The 44x series has 4 coffeeshops which was the "central' of Pasir Ris when the town was first developed since there was no Hawker Centre until recent years.

Wild Olives is a must try, very long queue but it is like eating $30 western food in restaurants at $5-7. The mussels is excellent.

I tried it before.. I think that's the only selling point. the price is more than worth it for the food standard u get but personally I feel not worth the queue.

Gen is great, very technical on food preparation and she is very real. Pasir Ris is small estate so limited places for hawker food.The Loyang Way canteen is another must go place in the vincinity. The prawn noodle that you guy missed is very good, the soup superb and price very reasonable. Another must try here is Tong Garden cantonese roast stall that serve great crackling roast pork and juicy roast duck. The other hidden good food is the Cai Png stall offering great variety but must come before 1130am to make order as it done at around 1pm. The other stall used to be good is the wanton noodle but heard the owner had changed. Unfortunately this canteen typically closed about 2pm. The other good recommendation is Seafood Kitchen located at Elias Mall. The zichar dishes are good and Crab beehoon is a must have here.

Totally agree with gen on the ramly burgers. I can never understand the hype around it. Sure its' cheap but there is much more better variety available in Singapore. Perhaps its popular in Malaysia because they don't have a Macdonald's every 100m or so unlike here 😂

Lolz…I knew the neighbours will eventually complain about the Ground Floor Coffee. I mean , I would lodge a complain too if the customers become rowdy which is 100% confirmed. That’s why home based businesses are regulated because their operations could be a potential nuisance to neighbours. Modern HDB soundproofing is getting from bad to worst, I can empathise with neighbours who may feel harassed.

That ground floor coffee, wasted so much of my time looking for it, damn frustrating to know he is closed 90% of the time and what, must pre order. No, im not going to patronise this guy, yes it's really such a hassle just to order a cup of coffee. What a pity, you guys never try Wild Olives, by far the best western food stall in sg.
