A place like The Funplex Myrtle Beach would do UNBELIEVABLY well in Hawai'i. There is also a chain water park called Wet N wild that hasn't gotten a new addition in a long time. I think Hawai'i is the biggest sleeper state for a new coaster.

For the last question, of the 12 states mentioned, 3 have metro areas with populations greater than a million: Rhode Island (Providence), Nebraska (Omaha) and Hawai'i (Honolulu). Hawai'i isn't going to be the one that does it and Rhode Island you could make the argument that Canobie Lake Park, Six Flags New England and Lake Compounce are close enough. No major parks are close to Omaha. You mentioned the possibility of Fun Plex adding something, which is certainly possible. Then Wild Water West obviously was planning to build a raptor. That didn't work out but it indicates that they are open to the prospect of adding a major coaster.

That shot of Mississippi was a couple miles from my house. MS has acquired a couple coasters in the last few years. There is an old golf coarse in biloxi that would be perfect for a park. Since I have lived here (2005) it has been an empty space.

Sell. Vertical Loops are growing out of fashion, to the point that even the newest B&M Invert doesn’t have one. Gravity Group and GCI would also be many times more comfortable doing a simpler roll or corkscrew instead of rising up that high. Add on the reputation of Son Of Beast and I doubt there will ever be a vertical loop on a woodie again, but I can be proven wrong.

Buy or sell: B&M is working together with seaworld (possibly by giving them a deal) to make florida a “show floor” for their catalog. Between BGT and SWO there is pretty much every relevant B&M model (besides a wing coaster). This includes their prototypes in pipeline, penguin trek, and the family invert (unique outside of china). With IAAPA being in orlando this would allow potential buyers to ride what they could potentially buy. (B&M considers gigas to be the same model as hypers, but that tampa giga rumor could support this)

I'm not going to say Great Adventure did a package deal, but I could see them looking at a Vekoma Tilt Coaster as the next one if the Super Boomerang does well. Otherwise a Premier or Vekoma multi launch would be a good choice, the only launch coaster in the park is Kingda Ka, and an inversion based multi launch would be significantly different.

Vermont is a very small market and the whole state is within reasonable driving distance of either Great Escape, La Ronde or the parks in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. So I think the possibility there is very slim. Rhode Island is a bigger and more concentrated market, but nearby competition is still a problem. There was a time when Rhode Island had several seaside amusement parks with major roller coasters, but today, Lake Compounce and Six Flags New England are not that long a drive from anywhere in the state, which makes it a harder sell. It seems like the Boston metro area only has room for one nearer-than-Six-Flags park (Canobie Lake). It'd be cool to have some kind of Kemah Boardwalk-type seaside park with easy public transit access from Providence, but at this point where would it go?

...and Delaware is in a similar situation to the coaster-less New England states. It's got over a million people, but the lion's share of them are in the Philadelphia market served by Dorney, Hersheypark and everything in New Jersey--with some driving, it's already a coaster paradise. The rest are too thinly scattered and isolated to support a park. Six Flags America is just across the Bay Bridge.

That said i actual have a wild card (or two) and would say if a coaster comes its either at the zoo (unlikely but impossible) or more likey at Valas Pumpkin Patch. It just added two new rides along with a train, carousel and old timey car ride

I don't think they would be out of the question for a park like Kings Island. They already have 3 big ones, plus smaller Cedar Fair parks are getting smaller ones. It's not out of the question for Kings Island to get a large-scale B&M Floorless or Sit-down.

For Hersheypark. I can definitely see a new B&M. So from my understanding Hershey signed the contract with B&M that their new 5 coasters will be B&M. The first was Candymonium. At first everyone was saying a B&M drop coaster. But with Dorneys announcement of a new dive coaster, alot is up in the air with Hersheypark. But it will be a B&M.

Note also counting old/new standup as a single type) Idk where you got hershey buying 4 more B&Ms, but even that wouldn't give them ALL the types. The park with the most afaik is it's neighbor SFGAdv. (Nitro, Medusa, Superman, Batman, and Green Lantern. A lot of parks have 4. Great adventure has 5... and nobody has all 7. @@cmtcomet
