Do you guys use beef suet in the dumplings? I've heard some folk use butter instead
@neenagalante1211 Жыл бұрын

Nice wee stove mate. Were you not supposed to light it at the top because that's where the fuel is coming out as a fine spray. I have a brass paraffin lamp that works on the same principle. It has a little pump on the paraffin container at the bottom of the lamp and you pump up the pressure with the little piston connected to the container and that gives a tiny spray to the lamp part which has a gas mantle on it. The light from it is amazing but you need to keep the pressure up by pumping the piston now and then. That stove you have seems to work great and dough balls with mince are excellent. Have a good one Frankie. 👌👍👍⛺

Negative , you light the bottom to head the stove up so gasification takes place.

I think the fuel was Bio Ethanol Frankie. that's a pretty aggressive stove man..Cool though... dough balls called dumplings here in Wales..
@rick.smith1 Жыл бұрын
I doubt bioethanol was a thing years ago. Coleman fuel more like which is expensive but use panel wipe instead it is exactly the same chemical properties and way cheaper.
@outsidertank Жыл бұрын

In England, they're dumplings - and bloomin tasty that looks, too. The fuel will be parafin, aka kerosene.
