I think a better term would be "quarter life crisis" (which is more fitting for people in their 20's), but even so I think being uncertain about the way you look is prolly a normal part of growing up. I've noticed, generally speaking, that it's mainly women who are uncertain with the way they portray themselves and have experimented with different looks and question "is this me" or almost don't recognize themselves in the mirror. Recently, I've also noticed a trend in men also concerning about their appearance (myself included). I think social media is probably to blame, with a lot of people hating the thought of "being perceived" but also It's probably something everyones questioned before or experienced. Whatever it may be, you just gotta remind yourself that despite however often you may change, it will always still be YOU and nothing can change that, and I find that to be a beautiful thing
