Increase Zoe's E cool down by like 50% and I think she'd feel less ridiculous. Make her more reliant on bending Q's. Also ease up on the W drops or make them only come from champs etc

Just a heads up for everyone, it sounds like they changed the ult again basicly the same day, removed the bonus damage and as far as i've heard makes you get max ferocity right as you jump (with ult ofc) i havent been on pbe to look if its true myself but yea :3 ap rengo should still be viable tho
