Exactly the point of the video is kind of lost when a big chunk of the facial changes could easily be explained a different angle, lens distortion, making a face, and any other number of things. If they keep making videos like this they should use more before & afters of multiple different angles and some candids as well.

I was talking to a friend the other day about people who go viral online. We had two examples: A guy and a girl, both became extremely famous, and gained a lot of money. With his "15 minutes of fame" the guy did the typical partying hard, and buying expensive things to show off to his followers. Whereas the girl took her "15 minutes of fame," and slowly built up a base, and cultivated a brand. Now he is broke, and forgotten whereas she is a millionaire with a small, but loyal following. To me it is the same with getting plastic surgeries to enhance your beauty. It is not that it is right, or wrong to prioritize beauty. It is what we do after we achieve that level of beauty from surgeries. Because as you said even though it's taboo in Western Society, and we are publicly shamed for talking about it, the truth is yes Looks Greatly influence your life. But there are so many other facets to life besides beauty your looks are just an a piece not the sum total.

Hi sorry if my english is not very good! For aegyosal this video mentioned at about 6:34 it can actually be faked very easily. A lot of women can draw them on using eyeshadow and there are even many tools in east asian beauty dedicated to drawing aegyosal or contouring to exaggerate them. I think the girl in the picture probably drew it on, so she looks like she has aegyosal even though she doesnt in the older picture. I think she could absolutely still be the same person not just because of camera angle but also makeup methods!

Taking a risk of going under, for simply cosmetic vanity at such a young age is pretty sad but will just end up being the norm. There are some people who have a plethora of insecurities and they can think of 1000 things they would want to fix but you’re forgetting the other group of people who only really have one or two things that they can’t fix naturally and that’s when surgery comes into play. Most people who get plastic surgery only get the one procedure. They don’t end up getting any more or desiring any more plastic surgeries, and even if they do, they decide not to get them. For many of the people who only get one plastic surgery they usually don’t talk about an hour in public with it, and they are very content and happy after.

Don’t stick to one part. Keep switching it up. You can lose hair if you only part it in the middle or side. The sun is really damaging and can thin out that spot if it’s always exposed.

I agree with the others that she’s pretty either way. One thing to look at in either of the pictures is how the images are mirrored. she has the same jaw and nose and even eye positioning. The only difference is that she has contacts, is wearing makeup, took the picture in a different angle, and bleached her hair in the photo on the right.

I think focusing outwordly and put your focus more on something other than oneself. Engaging more in hobbies, education, volunteering in your community or animal shelters ect. Also limiting time on social media all make a huge difference

Focusing on having fun with your appearance rather than maximizing your „attractiveness“ has really helped me. If you have fun with style etc you will naturally build up a confidence that makes you appear more sure of yourself and therefore more attractive naturally! Also growing up made me realize that there is no need to look better than other people, as long as you can make yourself look a bit better, thats fine. Only compare yourself to yourself if anyone!

Focusing on the fleeting aspect of life helps me put things into perspective. As a Muslim when I think about how temporary my stay is here I realize focusing too much on my looks isn't the best use of my time. If you don't have extensional questions/aren't religious then I'd suggest focusing on your health instead of your looks which has the added benefit of making you feel and look good. Also I don't have social media anymore and that goes a long way in ensuring you're living your life the way you want to live it, not because you're being influenced by trends and instead you're being influenced by the things you're specifically choosing to consume. Whenever I feel like my nose looks big, my skin has pores etc. I immediately ask myself this : what if I had a serious illness, like cancer or something? What if my family had a serious illness? Would I still care about my nose looking big? Who the hell cares? Surgery isn't the only option to feel more attractive. It's always healthier to "improve" your body with excercise and proper skin care. Eating healthy, excercising and using spf for example, these things will benefit you in the long run. You'll thank yourself when you're older. You won't get the "glow up" immediately, but with time you'll get permanent results while improving your health. I always look and feel prettier the next morning after a workout. And your lips are still a bit too thin? Who cares We all have this illusion, we think we're gonna live until 80 - 90 and see these surgeries as "invesments". My father died at the age of 38 in a car accident. Death will come when you least expect it. When you're perfectly healthy there is absolutely no reason for risking your body to go through surgery just so you fit in with the general idea of beauty. There is always a risk even in tiny procedures. Yes everybody can decide how to live their life, but if you think about it there is certainly no need for purely cosmetic surgeries. Also I can't be the only one who's sick and tired or everything and everyone looking perfect copies of eachother. Even music sounds "perfect" nowadays, I find myself listening to old recordings of metal bands which has imperfections making them somehow more real. Everybody is talking about body positivity and accepting yourself as you are but then changing your appereance with surgery is becoming a norm every passing day. Makes no sense to me.

Before watching the video, the hairline, her slightly smaller right eye (left in photo), nose position and asymmetrical jaw all indicate that it’s the same person. The eyelashes could be explained by bleaching the lower lashes to lighten them (to open the eyes), concealer transfer or post editing. The lips throw me off, either she has a great injector (and the injection was recent) or she had surgery. Definitely a nose job. Something that raised the outer corner of her eye (very pretty results imo - I want her surgeon’s details 😂). Chin height reduction (combination of increasing bottom lip size, and jaw surgery or box to reduce muscle). Overall, I think super tasteful and timeless enhancements (obligatory statement that she was attractive in the before too, which helps).

I think if QOVES continues to do videos in this style they need to use more and a wider range of types of images. Maybe their algorithms are just really amazing, but based on these two images only I don’t think it’s smart to definitively conclude that this random girl on the internet has had any specific work done. The changes could be explained by any number of things, and she seems to be pulling some kind of face in the first image. If QOVES is going to speculate about cosmetic surgery I would hope that their research is thorough using a variety of comparison pics. Unlike in this video where I have to disagree about the obviousness of any procedures other viewers are suggesting. This is clearly the same person, but comparing one random photo (possibly unposed or even candid) to another photo (obviously posed and from a completely different angle) from an indefinite amount of years later is just not smart or effective for a proper and helpful analysis. Not to mention she could’ve edited the photo as well.

I mean, speaking from experience, getting braces took me from the "before" to "after" lips.. I had a severe overbite that made it close to impossible to close my lips without straining like she does in the first picture. Once my front teeth moved back and were slightly shaved down to make them shorter (i had a chip in one of them so the dentist evened them out) my lips looked A LOT bigger and plumper. Like, it legit looked like i got lip fillers if you compare my before and after pics! I'm not denying she might have gotten fillers cause she has that mustache shadow above the lip in the after picture but personally i automatically got "bigger" lips from my teeth moving out of the way. Her chin looks pushed forwards and elongated in her before so she might have gotten corrective surgery/braces to fix an underbite, resulting in the changes to her mouth area.

personally I think plastic surgery shouldn’t be the standard, considering it’s not financially feasible for a lot of people. Rather, people shouldn’t lie about it if they are celebrities because it does more damage than good. They say “love yourself first” however, they get $100,000 surgeries and I think it sends the wrong message to the youth. I’m sure insecurities existed prior to media and celebrities, however it is exacerbated now in the age of technology. We should preach to self acceptance rather than physically achievements ie: plastic surgery. I’m sure it helps some but there is def a standard now to beauty and these ideals are damaging young minds causing younger and younger people to choose early on that they should alter their looks before there face has fully developed. I’m 31 and at 21 I looked completely different and after my son even more different. I always wanted a nose job and have even been told I’d be prettier or more symmetrical with a smaller nose. Anyways I’m happy I didn’t have the funds early on because I learned to live with it and embrace it, the right person will love that about you.

i buy that its her. the early picture looks a lot like the ones i used to talk when i was 13-14 lol, they made my face look very round and certain features look different. I also overplucked my eyebrows back then, i suspect this is the case for her too. My eyebrows looked like hers, now they look like the girl's later ones and i've never had any work done. at nearly 25, I've lost a lot of facial fat, except in my chin (sadly lol), so my face is a much different shape, more angular-oval than angular-round. I think she started off with hazel eyes which can vary wildly in shade in different lights, plus filters turn my dark grey eyes to light green sometimes lol. I think the lip work was a good call due to the muscle issues you outlined, and this is a better shape for her brows, but otherwise it kinda makes me sad that now she just looks like everyone else. Interesting. Did you know that East Asian color analysis is actually different from Western color analysis? The former heavily relies on value/saturation of your skin, while the latter is decided upon your natural hair/eye/skin coloring. That's why in the west, most east asians are mostly categorized as winters/autumns(due to the darker hair/eye value), and east asians are categorized based on (pale/light/vivid/strong/grayish etc as your complexion/clarity matters more). Basically, you can be a deep winter in the west, but a soft summer with medium contrast in east asia.

camera selfies can and often do distort images. lighting in cameras also has huge effect as well. all those super attractive photos of attractive people you see online all have a slew of just as bad photos. just fyi. its immediately identifiable that the differences in this 'before and after' mainly come from the camera. angle, lighting, distance, lens warp. simple example: laugh lines. everyone has them but certain lighting makes them very visible and other lighting (typically brighter, front facing lighting) makes them disappear on the same person. try it on yourself to see. also, colored contacts make a notable change in appearance and for certain people make them marketably more attractive (this girl is wearing colored contacts in the better picture). it can create contrast for example with someone who has other dark features on the face, whereas before this contrast did not exist. (contrast often is often more aesthetically pleasing, especially in people and faces). you can see this effect in many k-pop stars where colored contacts are a popular beauty accessory. dark eyes are fairly common in koreans. the lighter colored contacts often create a pleasing appearance with their dark hair, eyelashes, and fairer skin. note: this is observed only when the stars are wearing lighter pupil color, and they only ever wear them for a lighter color (if they already had light eyes the effect would already be there). so, based on how easy it is to change ones appearance with color and how easy it is to go from a terrible photo to a photogenic one in the same person (which i have seen many times myself), id say there is no surgery or alterations here. i think thats ridiculous. i have seen in multiple cases, people i knew in real life as average in appearance have a photo online that makes them look 4 ratings higher. i have seen this even within someones own account, where they have a stunning photo next to photos that represent them more real to how they look. do not underestimate how much lenses and images can be utilized.

With all of that everyone can completely change themselves if they have the money and time for it. I can definitely see the under eye wrinkles in the before photo, they are just covered by her lower eyelashes casting a shadow, so it's not as visible from that angle. Also, those eyebrows look very 90's, so she might have overplucked them before vs now growing them back, but it could still be microblading. I deinitely agree that what she had done were her lips and nose. And well of course, she dyed her hair and put coloured contact lenses on. (as a person with brown eyes, who wears coloured lenses a lot, the dark colour is very good at masking the edge of where the pupil meets the inside of the lens, it's basically never visible with the lenses with such small openings like the ones she was wearing)

Men don’t really understand how much Make-up (also full face of makeup with plenty products) you can use and still look natural she’s wearing concealer in the second picture which forces creases or at least accentuates the under eye crease maybe that is where the „bags“ come from I don’t have undereye bags but whenever I apply concealer my undereye bags crease so much that it looks really obvious and she is wearing a full face of makeup so the conceleaer did the same for her even if you powder it the crease will be there because it’s normal to have a crease and not normal to have product on it. Also the eyebrows are over plucked left and grown out and drawn in on right picture When you wear Make-up the undereye lashes „disappear“ because they’re coated in foundation or concealer if you apply mascara the lashes are black again but she only had mascara on the upper lashes which also gives the eyes another look when only the top lashes are coated in mascara (more open, uplifting, bigger eyes) Nose highlight because of makeup or lighting in a picture can distort where the actual tip of the nose is in real life you can see it but in a picture it’s harder to tell and therefore changes the face Lighting in general also plays a huge role the second photo has great lighting it accentuates the makeup and gives a soft look whereas the picture on the left Is in a regular childhood room so everyone kinda looks normal and realistic It would be cool if you can do videos about how Make-up can change someone’s face Because foundation on acne changes the face Contour changes the face Overdrawn lips changes the face Eyebrows in general effect the looks immensely the color, thickness, placement (there’s a trend now to cut off the ends of brows to lift the face) All of that looks good in pictures but obvious in real life it is possible to change the face in real life realistically by applying Make-up precisely Haircut and beardtrim for men is also a face changer

Before you could clearly see her from the outline of her face that the lower thirds was long, and then in the after photo, lower thirds has decreased. This is just the outline alone, not looking at the features. The shape of the bottom of the chin isn't the same either, it much more square almost like they shaved it down.

It's difficult to compare photos in different angles, with one being posed and another in a more relaxed state almost like it's a screenshot from a video, on the before she has her mouth shut but probably her teeth are not touching, they are open , on the after she has the bottom and upper teeth resting and closed together, so i dont think she had anything done to her jaw or any problem on it like you suggested, in the before the camera was lower and closer making her chin also more lengthy, and on the after is more of a top down angle...!

@@AJBlueJay the philtrum length is due to her pulling down her upper lip…also the angle, face expression…a little bit of filler injection (cleverly placed) can also do visual tricks to make a normal or slightly long philtrum appear shorter and more feminine. I’ve done it, there is really is no need for lip lifts unless a philtrum is abnormally long. As for her eyes, idk, could be make-up application. She looks like she has dark eyeshadow smudged on the outer corner of her eyes in the first pic and her eyes are not fully open.
