If it’s the OEM visors for the GTR it’ll involve taking off the molding from the door and their Should be a few holes where the little screws will go into, the brackets is what will make the visors clip in place.

For the high idle, have you check for the cat sensor as when you start the engine, it revs to heat the cats to start the cats. So you should try to check the sensor the cpu for the cats
