I agree, I also don't think it's a bad thing to be inspired by MSFS and try to make something similar on a more accessible platform. The goal of this video was to simply explore free alternatives to MSFS and rate how good they were and some of these games are very impressive and I play them on the regular.

At least Project Flight, NOVUS and Flightline can fucking boot up and play comfortably on most hardware - Microsoft “Flight Simulator” 2024 didn’t work day one, and for *multiple days* after that. Mind you, this was on an Xbox Series S - *THEIR OWN HARDWARE.* It pissed me off so much that when I can I will probably move over to X-Plane 10 or 11.

5/10 physics for Novus ? That's the only game that i can feel the heavy of the plane . Compared to Project Flight , PTFS and most of the rest are extremely horrible , not gonna lie . You cannot just give a low score for game that you still have no idea how to play and control .

That’s *nothing* compared to Aeronautica’s offering - over 600 unlockable planes bigger than the PTFS and MSFS rosters combined. Not to put down PTFS though - they have a respectable 90 aircraft as of December 2024, still bigger than anything Microsoft has given us (though the model quality varies)
