All of you need to humble yourself. Not every little detail that happened in real life during Jesus’s time is mentioned in the Bible. This show did an amazing job to show us in getting an idea of how Jesus’s life was with his disciples and also to get an insight of how his relationship with others was and somewhat understand the life of his disciples and how everything was led to his crucifixión because at the end of the day that is what this show it trying to showcase, the Crucifixión and Resurrection of Christ, and it’s taking its time to lead to that moment because they want to get our attention of Jesus’s life story first and get us very emotional when it leads to that moment. This show brought me back to reading my Bible because being honest I was familiar with some of these stories mentioned in the show, because I used to read the Bible, but couldn’t fully comprehend it because I am somewhat a visual learner and everyone has their way of comprehension because everyone’s different, so this show really helped me pick up my Bible again and start reading it daily because it made such a huge impact in my heart that it made me crave reading the Bible even more and obeying it. God uses people’s gifts to bring recognition to his Son and his Word and I believe Dallas is doing a great Job using his Production to glorify God and bring people closer to Jesus Christ and God’s word. This show might not be 100% accurate on how everything happened in the Bible, but realistically who really knows how everything occurred during that time? If you think you do then you’re basically saying you’re a know-it-all Christian, please humble yourself. This show helps people initiate a curiosity of God’s word and that’s a big W, because this is what we need for people to start opening their Bibles and read it, study it, and obey it by themselves and most importantly share the gospel to everyone else.

I 100% disagree. The Bible took the care to write only in one circumstance that Jesus wept, and that was it. It didn't say he was sorrowful, it didn't say he was pained, it said he wept. The reality is that disease and death were never 👏 supposed 👏 to 👏 happen👏!!! They are an agonizing twisting and perversion of the LIFE we were made to have. I 100% believe this weeping is God's heart every time someone dies, every time someone struggles with disease. Even though He will bring many eternal life, even though He raised some from the dead, even though some are healed. Because it is indeed horrendous that these things exist. The God of All Sorrows... He never forgot. And thats what I tell people who are struggling to grieve in a culture that sweeps death and disease under the rug because they don't fit the hedonistic narrative: Jesus wept over Lazarus even though He *knew* He was going to to raise him the next day. He is weeping with you. Grieve this, for it was never supposed to happen. But do not grieve as those who have no hope. He makes all things new.

Especially those last two verses. ‭‭Luke‬ ‭5:31‭-‬32‬ ‭ESV‬‬ "31And Jesus answered them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. 32 I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance.” " And then remember Paul preached in the Areopagus in Athens Acts 17:15-34.

Season 3 with the whole portrayal of Jesus telling James. he and the father was purposely leaving him sick, for a bigger picture. tainted this series for me. that is very unscriptural. Probably now has fooled. a lot of people into believing. that either Jesus didn’t provide healing for everyone, or Jesus is asking them to bare sickness as a purpose to show u love God. whether u sick or not. I can only imagine the amount of ppl. this has made believe that he didn’t bare there sickness on the cross. don’t believe the lies. sickness came through sin. it’s the root of it. if Jesus paid for your sins. that means he took care of the root cause of sickness, which is sin. therefore sickness has no right or place to stay in your life, because u been redeemed from sin, and the curse of the law. which includes sickness. healing is available to everyone. it’s the children’s bread. by his stripes we are healed. that ain’t talking about spiritual healing like some claim. that he healed our spirit. Jesus didn’t heal our spirit. he gave us a new one.

I related with that scene because we’ve prayed together about it several times and even had our church and congregation pray over us numerous times and still, no healing for us. We don’t think that God can’t do it, we still believe.

The colour of Jesus' skin, is a modern construct! Jesus was Jewish!!!!!! The Jewish people have a slightly more light skinned colour, or fair skinned, than many of the other Arabs. Maybe that is why the surrounding nations have a slight, or more recently, substantial hate or animosity towards the Jews. I've never met a Jewish person with a dark skin, never! There most probably are some, but by far the majority of Jewish people have a fair coloured skin. It is however not universal, just like most nations will have the exceptions, so to the Jewish people. When one visits Israel, one will see people of fair skin and different variations of darker colour all round. That said, there are many other nationalities in Israel, including more than a million other Arab nations. Again, I've met and seen many Jewish people in my live, and seen many more on TV and on social media, and I'm yet to see one with a skin darker than mine, and I'm viewed as being "European" as I'm of Dutch and Polish decent, so????
