I am SO f*ckin sorry about the black lines. I forgot to change my shutter speed for indoor. I appreciate you guys being patient with me. Will change on next indoor video.

Pro tip from a filmmaking nerd: don't change your shutter speed, regardless of where you're shooting. Always keep it at double your frame rate, (so 1/48 if you're shooting at 24 FPS - or 1/50 cause most cameras don't do 1/48, 1/120 if you're shooting at 60 FPS, etc) that way you'll always know you won't get banding, no matter the lighting source. Control your exposure as much as possible with aperture and ISO, and even better yet, get yourself a nice variable ND filter to deal with bright daylight without having to crank your shutter speed

That building looks so cool. If you plan to use that as a film space I would suggest looking at some sound absorbing stuff on the walls. There are a ton of options that can fit that aesthetic. Looks so cool!

This gym is sick as fuck , that is the dopest steel building I have ever seen . They way they worked the metal to make it look like art . That is a masterpiece and it’s original. That has to be the greatest workout especially cuz it’s in the forest. It looks like some shade too so it won’t be steaming or a fortune on energy expenses . Congrats .

I think the Bells of Steel hydra rack and some bat wing options might help the functional trainer situation. May not even need a new squat rack depending on upright size.

Hi dear Thorren, you are amazing, your vision of what you like leads you to do great things, your gym is beautiful, it has something of a Greco Roman style, you not only exercise your body but also your mind, that means that you are an integral human being , a complete man and that in these times is not easy to achieve, my sincere congratulations to you, ah I have a question for you for a long time: how is it possible that having such a rough hobby like cutting down trees and bursting trunks you have hands so beautiful? hahaha I love you super man🤗😘💜

Really good looking gym If I would have that gym and want to improve it more not that it need to but just for my own preference I would look on market place for a plate loaded leg press maybe a cybex, preacher curl, , seated Calf plate loaded. And some magnet weights for your nuobell dumbell. And over time I would look for a seated row/ latt pull down combo instead of the lat pull down you have now. It works perfect the one you have but then you get one where you have two machines in one. Have a good day and it is a really fine gym😊😊
@MetalsForBrunch10 ай бұрын
Awesome gym! Its almost perfect only thing its missing are specialty bars, punching bag/jujitsu mats if youre into martial arts or self defense. I wish I had an entire building filled with different kinds of machines. Are you interested in putting a cold plunge or steam room in there as well?

After you get one of those rounds split in half.... Start splitting one small piece at a time... Then the mass of the big heavy half-piece acts like an anchor.... Or more well put ....an anvil.... And then come down with your maul at about a 5 or 10 degree angle... Understand? Don't swing it down perpendicular to the Earth... Now you have a wedging force and a hammering Force knocking that piece off of there... One of your advantages is the block won't keep falling over... Because it's a heavy Mass... And you split off one lightweight piece at a time...

Are you seeking sponsorship for your equipment? If not you are probably missing out. The home gym looks great but I am curious about the sound reflection you’re getting in the video. Is it that bad in person? There doesn’t seem like you have anything that will absorb some of that. I enjoyed seeing your new place. It looks extremely high quality and the exterior detail is amazing.

What's the dimensions of the building? 25'x40'?... If you already mentioned it my bad, not gunna rewind and rewatch. Alls I got is a bench press, max weight 225lbs w/leg extensions. 3 sets of dumbbells, 15lbs, 25lbs, and up to 55lbs on the adjustable ones. A flat bench that inclines and declines, its got the leg locks to do weighted decline sit ups, which is nice, sometines ill do the situps with a dumbbell swaying it side to side each rep. Lets see, I got a pull up bar and jump rope. And thats it, all in my living lol. Oh and I'll use the barbell from the bench press for squats, deadlifts, ect... Not to bad for an appointment, if i dont say so my self lol Overcoming some health issues myself, but seeing some of you video and some others on YT is giving me the motivation to get jacked again. Thats how i got ripped b4, from learning from KZbin lol. Wish me luck and keep up the good work yourself Brother. 💪🇺🇲🤙

Loved the gym tour. Why haven’t you installed any plate loaded equipment ? What’s the difference between a GHD and a 45 degree back extension ? Which one would be better? Also will there be any difference between a normal cable crossover vs a free motion one with adjustable arms? I’m asking with wrt the adjustable arms? Does it make a huge difference or negligible difference?

That smith machine looks very beefy and a good height for tall people. I'd kill to find something like that in my area. Rep has some good cable options these days. That or a dual cable cross functional trainer. I see a lot of people rehabbing and training safely on those. I hope you find something suitable soon! And congrats on what you've got so far. It's something to be proud of.

Your building is the BOMB!!! Damn, that is SWEEEEET!!! On the down side, your equipment sucks. However, if you can get enough subscribers and improve your presentation, video, and audio issues (aka, production values), then I suspect several leading equipment manufacturers will be happy to "donate" equipment for reviews. Plus, if you're gonna use it as a gym for 15 years, get some high-grade flooring. GREAT START!!! 👍👍
