I’ve had a kill switch experience too. FYI with the newer Mercurys, if your kill switch is removed, when you turn key there will be NO sound. (The short alarm when you turn key) Check this out on yours to see.

Everyone has their own opinion, I've been fishing small lake tournaments for thirty five years. Have won hundreds of times but the last two years has been a total bust it's been frustrating knowing that the fish I'm catching usually wins or gets close, to see these guys with ffs win just about every event with unusual high weight, when before ffs they were just the average angler, the honest ones have told me the truth that they wouldn't have nothing without ffs..

I watch a lot of Dustin Connell’s KZbin video and his filming is simple. 2-3 GoPros on all time and he just talks. Practice, tournaments, etc. it’s wonderful content. Basically he’s getting paid to make his own content. Mount 2 cams on your console, one pointed forward and one aft and just talk when you can. I’ll watch everyone…

You harp on FFS, which I agree with, yet you fish circuits that allow it instead of going to the NPFL. You could've stuck to what you've been preaching for a couple of years now.
