The only "feature" to this property is that it is narrow, which is a negative feature and no sane person would pay that price. Publish a promotional video in BBC Arabic, you'll sell quickly!

Lol.. 950k for that..priced over 1M before..I don't think so.. for one it's on a busy main road with tons of pollution that will sooner or later suffocate you..and it's not even in the likes of Kensington, Chelsea or Hampstead for that matter.. Gold hawk Rd, don't make me laugh.. it's not even in Fulham for Christ sake.. maybe reduce the asking price by another 200k.. you will get alot more serious offers.. and the worst thing is i bet it isn't even freehold.. absolutely scandalous..

It's a reasonable price, to own a whole building on Goldhawk road, one of the 2 busy shopping streets in Bush, a frugal/smart investor could pay off some of the mortgage with a small/boutique business downstairs, and/or AirBnB upstairs if they don't live in. I live just round the corner, albeit in a much smaller property (Studio Flat), the high rates of the area are easily justified by being close to the highest earning prospects in the country. (the alternative is to pay the difference in rail fares instead, and feel your self aging on a packed train every morning)
