Were those threshold over/unders 115%/90%? I just built a workout for myself on Zwift almost exactly like that, but I'm starting with 1 min/2 min blocks (should be plenty hard enough for me). I haven't tried it yet, but you've got me motivated! Also, I would have expected something like those 3x12 and 4x4 workouts to be separate sessions. I presume that would be a better idea for mere mortals? I can't even really wrap my head around doing *both* of those back to back! Is that sort of madness typical for folks like yourself at the pro level?

that was a big session for me, but yeh I would like to do 2 of these sessions a week but yeh start off with doing one of those sessions and just keep building it up over time let me know how your session goes, II can feel your going to smash it!

@@richardmiddleton7770 I’d say 3 times a week this intense and for the rest is quite steady Yes lots of vegetables to maintain my health during the winter here in the uk In training I use foods like bananas to give me energy What about yourself?

Is that room warm when you are doing those intervals? If so some better fans make a world of a difference. I got a blower fan on the front and industrial behind me. Makes a world of a difference for efforts.
