Is this old lens good? CANON EF 400mm f5.6 on EOS R8

Wow nice video, i am actually planning to buy that lens for my R6 but i am concerned about the autofocus performance since i do a lot of action photography like soccer and racing car, do you think the autofocus perform well in your R8?, and are you having issue in the focusing speed cannot keep up while tracking a moving subject?

tracking is ok adapted EF won't be as fast as RF lenses and use lower fps like H instead of H+ else you'll get many slow focus images till the lens motor catches up to the next shot
