READ BEFORE YOU COMMENT!!!!! It's been brought to my attention that the video is fun, but confusing. This car is a 2S ONLY car in stock form. I changed my ESC to a 3S version just for my own entertainment. But I do mention it in the video. Also, this car isn't identical to the MJX version. All the dimensions are the same but the inside of the chassis is slightly different. This car has a lower KV motor but with slightly taller gearing than the MJX 1/16 model, which is why it's able to do the same speed. The shocks on this version aren't quite as stiff either. The paddle tires DO NOT come with the car but are available as an option when ordering the car from Bezgar in the link I provided in the description box. This car also has a slightly different body from the MJX version with more skid protection, since it has a plastic external bracket on the bed of the rear as well is on the roof. I got caught up in having fun and wasn't clear enough in the video. My apologies!

I like the sound of the paddles. The Bezgar is a real winner in my book. The drive shafts, killer front light and overall look and performance are amazing. It's a bit small for heavy off-road use but in loose sand, on the street and the infamous skate park, it preforms like a gem. Awesome job putting together this video. 🦾 One tough truck ...

I don't understand why folks these days don't use body clip retainers. Back in the day we ran them on every rig. They are cheap! Just drill two small holes one in the rear and in the front then the rubber snaps in the holes and the rubber retainer band holds and keeps the clips from falling off of the body shell🤷

My opinion is that Bezgar and these other brands using this platform is only using a 2S setup is due to weak differential gears that MJX has a problem with stripping out on 3S. Instead of putting in the upgraded diff gears they all cheap out with the same poor quality diffs and weaken the torque level to try to keep them from stripping.

Could be. If so, that would help them last longer. But mine has been pretty good so far running 3s. Then again, everyone has a different experience., but I could see your point.

@Rek_Rc10 ай бұрын
I've even heard of these popping up in reputable hobby shops which is GREAT for the hobby because a good hobby shop won't often carry a product that it can't at least source parts for. We'd all love really expensive RC cars but most people today just can't afford that, so these budget companies really stepped up their quality and are providing truly competitive products and it's good for spreading this hobby. They are even using more standard sized parts lately which opens the door to easy retro fitting.

@@Rek_Rc I agree ☝️, and man where was this cheap fun when we were young . Even as young adult when the slash came out , brushless systems were 250 , lipo 120 , and you had to buy a separate balancer for your charger . I ran 9.6 nickel metal till I finally upgraded and even took chances charging lipos without the balancer , so I know lol . And we talking 20 years ago when money went further elsewhere. I have that 22 chevelle im trying be like most rc guys more show less go and I see you sending it haha , actually my favorite car , atleast I can afford it now 😂 sure it’s a 16th of the size but still 70 Chevelle
@Rek_Rc10 ай бұрын
@@RcPlayer-tt2vw that little 1/16 scale Chevelle absolutely RIPS up to 40 MPH though. It actually takes some serious RC cars to beat it to 40. My DR10 can pull on it over 132 feet but it's suped up, and even still that little losi leaves it at the line until about half track. It can even stick it's nose out in front of a 100 MPH limitless for a bit. I only know that because I did it, then the limitless ran it down, and ran it over, which caused the drive shafts to orbit the PLANET!

Isn't that a rebadged hyper go?
@Rek_Rc10 ай бұрын
On the surface yes, but there are differences, different motor size with lower KV but slightly taller gearing, which is how it goes the same speed with less KV. Chassis are the same dimensions but not identical under the bodies. Small stuff you'd barely notice unless you're looking for them. Oh, the Bodies are different also. They are the same size but the Bezgar has more skid protection than the 1/16 scale MJX.

It's not the exact same actually. I think they all come from the same facility, but there are small differences. All the parts are interchangeable though since the dimensions are all the same.

How can this car be better than its own. This is a MJX hyper go. There's no differences but the body.
@Rek_Rc10 ай бұрын
There are very slight differences. This car has less KV but slightly taller gearing which is how it's able to run the same speed with less KV, but also while they chassis are the same dimensions, they are not totally identical inside, very close but not the same. This one's shocks are also a little softer than the ones my 16th scale MJX had. Same type of shocks, just different or maybe even less fluid, but it makes it not bounce as much after landing a big jump.
@bullfrogcristiplaka10 ай бұрын
How can one be better than the other if they're literally the same car? The speed test you're doing is not on stock parts, so it's literally irrelevant, also no actual comparison between the HBX and Bezgar models, neither did you say if those paddle tires come with the truck. I really hoped to get something out of your review, but sadly it's just a paid promotion that's actually just confusing.
@Rek_Rc10 ай бұрын
The paddle tires can be purchased with the car through Bezgar but sold separately, the car isn't exactly the same as the MJX, it actually has a lower KV motor with slightly taller gearing, the inside of the chassis is also different, I swapped the ESC for more speed and even disclosed that in the beginning of the video. The suspension is also softer with this version than the MJX version and the body has more skid protectors than the MJX. So, they are similar, but not the same.
