IO games are meant to be fun. This surely isn't. Some parts are, but this game is essentially overcomplicated and retracing the history of what made Mope fall. I'd quit playing this game to encourage some sort of wake up call, before KOA and AddictingGames take it down.

if the devs stopped listening to the delusional people(like Obisnut and some others) the game would be directed into better paths. These people used to be the ones irrelevant and unheard of when mope was in great state. They finally got to be heard publicly with consideration when the real game died and their horrendous takes don't help whatsoever. That's the major problem of this clone, the leftover community is full of people with no discernment capacity, and they got the monopole of speech since most "normal" people aren't as invested as them in the game so Ahmetcan is easily influenced. Not only that, Ahmetcan decides to give away dev perms in game to random people who don't know how the game works, they contribute in nothing for the game and end up creating unstability or they just show off their power to children who are fantasizing about it. It just feels like the game is led by children and obviously the outcome can't be expected to be anything else than mediocre.

KOA mope always had issues, and in KOA mope I was not invested, you saw how dreamer went, koa doesn't listen to the community too, neither did he in the past, I've always thought it was pointless to help KOA. Now I was and I am really invested into Mohio/BetterMope, I gained my position on merit. I didnt interact with Ahmetcan before or Mailtey. The "childish people with dev commands" is Lithopedion, and we dont know why he has it. Only 5 people have dev commands only 1 abuses. Lithopedion abuses. the other 4 are: KingHax, PashaGames, Epic, Ahmetcan. All help in coding as of right now (I am not sure with epic though). Think of Lithopedion as a special case for Ahmetcan (only epic pasha and ahmet knows why lith has dev access)

@@ObisNuT1630 You have done nothing to deserve your position, all your suggestions were aligned to your own benefits rather than to improve the game. The movement did’t suit you? - you complained about it and got it reverted, not to mention all the other misc changes that literally no one asked for (xp nerf, hole regen) that you obviously came up with and support, because they benefit you. You know absolutely nothing about game balance and the only thing you do is to get obd and dominate the server using its horrendously broken abilities, and want to make it impossible to play as lower tiers to facilitate your “skilled hunting”. You are using your power to shape the game to your own liking, rather than thinking about the community (which is mostly made up by clueless people and children who cannot write coherent sentences explaining their ideas, hence why there’s no properly written criticism) and when people with actual knowledge about the game (abi, wag…) criticize you, all you do is run away or directly attack them, without coming up with actual counter arguments. You are a corrupt leader and a hypocrite (calling LND teamers while posting videos about teaming on your own channel) and Ahmetcan really made a bad choice listening to you, this game owes its downfall to you alone.

I don't know why I didn't pin this. Or even comment. This, right here, explains the whole reason why the game is rotting. Anytime I counter Obisnut's claims, they either completely shift to something random, uses the term of "rewarding" skilled players, complains of how "hard" it was to come up with an idea, or uses a last resort to imply skill issue. Sometimes they even stop replying because they have ran out of excuses or defenses for such genuinely bad ideas. Their idea of hard mode is literally extreme for anyone that has a decency to not waste time developing hardcore skill to an overly challenging IO game. But Obis is truly memorable and favorable to the developers, so what should we expect?

Lol coming back to this, we, the concepters have a lot of great stuff in concepts (the christmas update is one of them) but it is up to the developers if they want to code it in and to judge. This is why updates come rarely, devs are busy pretty much. Even months ago before your video, we had new biome concepts...gamemodes...new animals but hey y'all like blaming whoever interacts the most with the community and that's understandable.

I agree. People like obisnut are hard focused on skill-based play and don't care about the state of the game for unskilled players. In the past, with a huge team of lower leveled animals, they could kill the BD. There was restrictions to what the BD could do. The OBD is the strongest animal in the game. No doubt. My fix to this? to remove it entirely. Nerfing it would just not make it fun to use at all because the devs clearly don't know how to nerf shit. Phoenix was too overpowered so they made it dogshit. They made the flight cooldown way higher and split its abillity into two. Land monster is just free food for monsters + can't even walk into the infernal biome while the phoenixes can. Giant spider went from being genuinely overpowered to nearly unusable and crapped on by lower tiers. Let's take golden eagle. It is a rare, right? It's supposed to be overpowered for how unlikely you see one. Then, you see it gets crapped upon by phoenix, obd, and more. I would suggest buffing it's health so it doesn't die immediately. Also I think the dev team needs some skimming, Lith is an abuser. Anyways, this game is far worse than mope in it's prime. Personally, I can get to bd relatively quickly but for the noob? It takes AGES to get to apex tier due to the exp nerf. + Most apexes are pretty skilled nowadays Meaning that even IF you get to monster tier you will get shredded by the others in 1v1 or teamed on. Honestly, the only way I see the game being in a balanced state again is if the game shifts back to a while ago + the quality of life features that the game has rn (e.g land monster flight), and listen to the community more. I'm speaking as a person who's played mope and bettermope ever since day 1 & experienced the ups and downs of the game. Anyways i'm out

Yeah, but maybe something could be reworked around with Sea and Kraken, instead of them being able to instakill in the most unexpected moments, such as reworking their abilities to be able to do something to diving animals.

Well the overlord update was something necessary for the skilled players BUT. We planned since weeks ago a lot of updates for the non-skilled playerbase. Soon, something very unique will be added. Believe it or not we struggled to find something to reward the players which reached the top of the foodchain.

The reward for being a top player is surviving 1v1s from other BDs and getting a high score. All OBD does is ruin this, making the job easy, and preventing the possibility of other BDs to take the place in the podium. And if it is so much to keep the place as number one, why put this problem on the lowest of tiers? Preventing them from ever reaching BD? Shouldn't they, at least get a take for apex? Why put the strain harshly for the unskilled, and put a lack of content on them? Skilled players could still access it, since they're better than them..?

And content could be as simple as rares. They don't necessarily have to be toxically op and bothersome to upper tiers like Coke. They could be passive and simply built for surviving. I made a suggested Budgie animal in the Discord for this reason, to provide content to lowest tiers, and to encourage more players to actually venture and explore it, without getting in the way of the skilled player's pathway to the top. In a way, it could altogether cause less players to grind for BD and higher tiers, forcing less 1v1s and challenge among them, while also giving easily obtainable rewards if having an effort made into it. Rares like Dove are a little too weak for comfort, and shows the neglection of care among the rares in those tiers.

⁠@@Ceres4S2D1 ikr coke bears are quite annoying. fortunately i dont run into them often, but one time i ran into 2 toxic coke bears, both camping and attacking me as dino, i did survive but some rares are just ridiculously op and rare there is 1 rare animal purely geared for farming which is a rare jellyfish variant (forgot the name)

bad game i agree (real). While on the serious note, we read community feedback and we try to interact more with the community now. On the casual gamer side, wild mode can be a solution to it, and we are working on fixing the issues.

Actually they really dont want criticism on their game, and after the Overlord sirius update, look like the game became worser, they nerfed xp in a way it became harder to level up, some animals that were *balanced* in a few away got TOTALLY nerfed, actually: Phoenix, Lava monster, Phoenix had a pretty strong ability, but the reload was slow and the movement speed too, actually was balanced but now, the ability actually do less than 10% damage to anything, and have like a 2 minute cooldown to fly.. The lava monster now cant even stay on lava propely..
