Actually Vlad III Basarab a.k.a. Vlad the Impaler a.k.a. Dracula was not a king, but a voivode, which is kind of a warlord, so not the same as a king. The first king in Romanian history was Carol I in 13 March 1881 when the Kingdome of Romania was established.

_Vlad the Impaler a.k.a. Dracula was not a king, but a voivode, which is kind of a warlord_ He was a prince, but the rulers of Wallachia and Moldova considered themselves more than just princes, they had the title "voievod" and "domn" ("domn from "dominus"), so they considered themselves a kind of kings.
@christian2MАй бұрын
@@aiziszizis2536 Look, this is your opinion and I dont support it. There was never a title like prince in romanian history. Prince, in romanian is prinţ, I am romanian by the way. I've never met at school at Romanian's history this title ''prinţ'' but instead ''voievod'', ''domn"" and ''domnitor''. In Medieval Ages, they called themselves voievod, domn or domnitor. For what I know, the first prince, (or principe in romanian language) in Romanian history is Carol I, before to established the Kingdome of Romania in 1881 and after this he was a king with the title King Carol I of Romania. In romanian, Regele Carol I al României.

Dear Mario, Humanitas and Cartaresti are not libraries, although in romanian are called Librarie, they are bookstores. The church next to the national gallery is the Kretzulescu Church, not a cathedral and it was built 300 years ago. What is the point to show some statues in the park next to the Kretzulescu church -not knowing who they are- and skipping the amazing Atheneum building across from the Museum of Art / National gallery…
