Wow. I found this channel through your corruptions videos, and I'm so happy that I decided to check out your other videos - I don't think I've properly sat through any part of a minecraft let's play in at least 10 years, and this video is so reminiscent of classic style of let's plays back then. It's so weird seeing a video uploaded 5 days ago feel like it should be 10 years old (and that's a strong compliment, lol) with how much it resembles those older videos with such a chill, laid back challenge / custom map let's play. I just recently started playing minecraft again in the last few days for the first time in 2 years, and being a current player while also watching a let's play in my spare time makes be feel like a kid again in the best way possible. This is a superb video. I can't wait for the next episode!

This is the best playthrough of better than wolves, or just a minecraft mod in general ive seen in a long while. Shows a lot of gameplay without it being boring (proper uses of sped up footage, music and other effects notably at 25:25), actually charismatic and not hyper zoomer garbage, and youre not faking your videos. @@jeffyjamzhd tyty! ive been getting a lot of iron i wanted to try and go deep to get redstone so i could make a compass and start making my way to the center of spawn, but i got scared and i was starting to run out of resources i also don't have any storage of any kind yet so ive just been struggling and using item frames i did find an exposed dungeon jutting out of a mountain on the surface a while back, but that was long before i had any amount of iron so i doubt i can go back and grab those chests do you have any tips for getting redstone for a compass? should I play the long game and just try to grind to get full iron armor first? or maybe even just an iron chestplate and the rest of my armor as leather?

@@casssaph2287 Wait until you’re comfortable navigating a specific cave, since redstone is most common at strata 3. You can use an iron chisel to chisel out the redstone. Make sure you light up the full way and never spend more than 18~ or so mins down there

I cant speak for FlowerChild, but I certainly enjoy this kind of progression! BTW makes me feel like even the most mundane things are an accomplishment, and thats a very good feeling. I think everyone should give it an earnest attempt before writing the mod off as “too grindy” or “too cruel” etc etc
