I honestly love that you’re considerate of the attention you’re able to give your kids. I feel like a lot of parents just want a lot of kids without realizing how much the children can suffer. Good on y’all 💚 Ps: nothing is wrong with big families I just think it’s not meant for everyone🤷🏻♀️

I'm the youngest of 7 and something else I like to point out is if you have a lot of kids close in age then there is a chance there will be lots of grandbabies being born around the same time in the future. Between the 7 of us there are currently 19 grandbabies. We all want help from our mom and its a lot for her if I'm honest.

U know, I’m not a bit surprised that Rachelle wants only the right amount of kids that she and Justin will be able to give much attention to! I think she’s absolutely right!! Especially for them. I would never expect anything less from Rachelle!! I watch a LOT of family vlogers on UTube, regularly. About 15!! (I’m retired). Out of all of those, in my book, Rachelle is the BEST MOMMY, hands down!!! U CAN TELL, she loves each child, VERY DEEPLY, and that the children and Justin are her world! I’m so happy for them!!

@Nansbbgrand No, they each have 2-5 kids of their own to take care of as well as full time jobs. Their kids are in activities after school too. They definitely have their hands full. They do help with carpooling the kids that are around the same age to their schools or activities. My brother and one of my sisters live about a half hour away from the rest of us which isn't too far, but also is a distance to factor if you're trying to work an early morning job or anything and want them to babysit. We also don't all work the same shift. My oldest sister passed away a couple years ago so my mom is raising her twin boys as well. I know that isn't the norm, but even before my sister passed my mom was constantly busy trying to help everyone.

For as far as I can remember, I wanted a big family and for me it was 4... When my husband and I met, we talked about it and he said 4 or 5 (so I knew he was the one ;)) We have 4 wonderful children, 2 boys + 2 girls, all healthy and thriving, but I couldn't get over the fact that we were done... Suddenly, 4 didn't seem like a big family and I was so sad and really sure that we would regret not having a last one... We discussed A LOT and so many tears were shed... We finally agreed on having one more and we got so lucky by getting pregnant on the first month!

Totally relate even as a non-parent about having multiple kids and wanting to make sure they all get equal attention, and when you talked about their baby books It made me remember my own mum. She was a teen mum, and I got all the attention because it was just me and her. My dad wasn’t in the picture. I have, SO MANY baby books, photo albums etc, I think I actually have the most out of anyone in the family. I was also the first grandchild on both my mum and dads side of the family so I was just completely doted on for the first few years of my life. When my mum had my brother, things obviously changed. I have at least 20 different albums and books and whatnot full to the brim with stuff. My brother, has one little photo album. One. That’s it. I think it’s great you’re trying hard to make an effort to make sure each of your kids gets an equal amount of care and attention and you’re lucky to have such an awesome, attentive and loving husband who is such a wonderful father.

Rachel , I know you had mentioned that you had embryos left to try for baby number four before you found out you got pregnant natural. Have you thought of what your plans are with the embryos? Wondering if you could speak on that. I know people with infertility whom don’t have any children search for that perfect little embryo. Maybe an opportunity to give someone else the chance to become a parent. Also a great way to educate other people that are experiencing similar situations.

I don't have experience with it or have family with it but I did grow up with someone who suffers from severe PCOS and has had extreme difficulty getting pregnant. The thought did cross my mind "what if this would cause infertility for me?" and that's when I knew I was done having kids because it honestly didn't bother me. I'm 10000% content/satisfied/happy with my 2 kids and now know for sure I am done having kids.

I'm currently pregnant with my last baby as well. it's #3 for us. I wanted for but I've had a ton of medical problems before and during this pregnancy so we made the decision for me to have a hysterectomy (endometriosis sufferer) after this baby is born. so I can have some normalcy to my life back and be as pain free as possible so I can fully enjoy the children I did get lucky enough to have. it's definitely been a struggle knowing it's my last and I've felt like I've reached and grabbed at every opportunity to cherish every tiny little moment this time!
@marciacarson66882 жыл бұрын
Hello Brittany! I seen your comment and finally somebody that suffers from endo like me haha I haven’t really found anybody suffering from endometriosis just like me… but I was wanting to let you know that a hysterectomy will not cure it either… there is no cure… I had to have 18 surgeries done on just my stomach, and I had to have a hysterectomy when I was 19 right after I had my son “ my uterus and cervics was falling out” it was either the hysterectomy or me risk dying and I have 2 kids I needed to be here for 💜 so unfortunately I had to make one of the hardest decisions at only 19 and I did lupron to which is a form of chemo used to cure prostate cancer… well that didn’t work either and neither did the hysterectomy… then I continued to hurt really bad and bleed for months straight and i go back to the dr and my vaginal cuff was completely open so they had to cut me 3 times on my stomach and hip bone to hip bone and now I’m 19 surgeries in and at stage 4 endometriosis… and I hurt worse now then I did 😭🤦♀️ so go over ALL of your options before you choose hysterectomy if it’s only to try to minimize your endometriosis! Cuz taking hormone pills, the hot flashes ect SUCK lol I would get a second opinion!!! That’s what I should have done to but unfortunately it’s to late for me but it’s not for you 💜

@@marciacarson6688 because of me having multiple other medical conditions there isn't many medications I can actually try to help the pain, I did try the oralisa but I only lasted for 5 days on that before I stopped it myself or I was gonna end up dead or hospitalized in psych. I can't be on any birth control. in 2019 I had a lap to have some of my Endo removed but I actually got worse after that. I know a hysterectomy won't cure it but it's really become my last option. last we knew my Endo didn't extend past my pelvis, most of it not even on my uterus but on my pelvic walls. I'm pretty sure right now I have lesions attached to a nerve in my right hip. I'm also expected to deliver a premature baby, I've been in and out of preterm labor since 19 weeks I'm currently 32 weeks and Dr doesn't think I'm making it much farther. my hysterectomy has been 100% my decision that I've been pushing on my Dr not only because of my Endo but because of other medical problems and the fact that I won't be able to have anymore kids without risking their health. with me not able to use any form of birth control, medications for Endo, plus the pain I'm in every single day a hysterectomy has just become the best option for me.

I got pregnant with our first but lost it at 14-1/2 weeks, gender unknown. Then we had our first child (born male) followed by our daughter almost 3 years later which was the spacing I wanted. I had always wanted 3-4 children and my now-ex husband wanted 2-3. (We are both the youngest - me of 5 and him of 3). It took us two years of discussions before we finally decided to have one more baby and our son was born early and came 2 days before his sister’s 3rd birthday. Our youngest was a little monkey and brought so much laughter and more joy to our family. I was definitely done after our 3rd living child was born. They are all in their 20’s now.

Some people may not know, but you will have a total of 5, not 4. The only difference is that Brynn is not earthside, sadly. That may be why you also feel so complete with this being your last baby. Even though she’s not physically in your arms, she’s still your first and I know you and Justin do stuff and have stuff that reminds you of her. It looks to me like Brynn (and God) sent this baby girl to complete everything. But, you’re also correct, we never know what God will give us! He performs miracles every day, as you well know! 😉
