Great video my friend, hope you'll have a time to visit Bulgaria and have a good time. Here in Bulgaria we don't say "Enjoy your food". We use the phrase "Да ти е сладко" (Da ti e sladko) which means "Bon Appetite". Literally means "to be sweat for you" or something like that.
