I love smaller habitats like this. They always look good and are so fun to build. I think the reason why the animals sometimes don't do much is because they need a certain amount of space around them to do each animation. I haven't tested that theory, so i's just a guess. Maybe they just don't have many animations as you said. Anyway, great habitat. Thanks for sharing :)

Thanks very much. Yeah I tend to prefer the smaller habitats too. I think the animation thing is just one of the quirks of the game, sometimes they just start randomly doing things and sometimes they stop but yeah your theory does make sense. I think sometimes also, if you have a fairly complicated layout for them they just stand still for a long period of time while the game tries to recalculate things. Oh well

I just built for the Pallas cat as well, they're funny little furballs. The path cover is so pretty, and I love the backstage!
