I remember vaguely that they wanted to hire people who had skills in other disciplines, like architecture and fashion design as well as having game industry experience. I suppose it’s paying off because these items look really nice.

This is just a theory, but I believe there might've been a shift in management with the Sims team and that's why they've been so active with giving the base game updates and better packs. That, or because the Sims 5 is possibly in development, they're being given more freedom to flesh out the game way more.

Might be both. The sims team is very much capable of making good cas and even gameplay (not builds but we don’t have to speak on that-) so someone up top has to be or had to have been making all the decisions

no bc the livestream was so funny- the clothes they decided to display on stream were so ugly 😭 but once i watched this i realize its not all bad, theres some cute stuff! hair is amazing & some tops are v cute. some are straight out of 2017 tho, the skinny jean jacket and wth was that sparkly suit 💀 on the other hand, the world is BEAUTIFUL and the new gameplay features like the thrift shop and the social media were amazing, AND ALSO THE ATTRACTION SYSTEM I FORGOT TO SAY IM SO EXITED FOR THAT TOO!

I like 98% of the tops and most of the full body. Not a fan of the pants. However… THE BLUSH, it has swatches for dark skin and full slider customization FINALLY

yep and definitely some clothing pieces, like there's a full body outfit with an oversized jacket that reminds me so much of rue... oh and there's a sheer top that i just think of jules when i see it

NO HEELS? At first i was shocked we did not get any heels for the wedding pack but now also no new heels for prom!? But overall i reaaaaally love the cas, the hairs have improved SO much!

I love the CAS so much! Even the stuff I personally don’t care for, I can see other simmers using really well. But I like almost all of it, and there’s a bunch of stand out clothes and hairs. I already knew I was buying this pack based on the world alone, but I’m now even more excited to be able to play it so I can use the new CAS items! Great video, thank you!❤️

Now i'm disappointed. I like just making a sim with a beard or without and that just being them, i don't want to keep having to upkeep with body hair and beards. The way i play the sims is i tend to have multiple families at once. Id get it if i was playing 1 main sim like a legacy character and i had to upkeep with him, but i usually have up to 15 different families, i don't have time to keep checking in and fixing them to how i intended for them to look. They have to have an option to turn that off.
