In my last playthrough i also found quickdraw scrapper and it was my absolute favorite, in pure kill rate, not even 100t hero mechs i found later could outperform it. My first iteration look pretty much like this one, but i think i ended up on some kind of TSM, hot seat, stealth, heaviest weapon i could found and all other boosts i could have to melee (some battle computer variant for melee and some actuators you miss i think), with just about 8 or 10 ASRM total to deal with tanks and air.. And largest possible engine to offset lack of masc (also i didnt have access to infine masc :D). I dont think i have had faster mech then this, while oneshotting any assaults.. Maybe banshee could be even better but i doubt it, there's no need to hit harder and you only get bigger hitbox and worse mobility - and i had no slots for some additional firepower even if i had tons to spare.

I believe you need to exchange the left knuckleduster with the Lance for maximum follow up dmg^^ amazing build. I had a lot of fun counting the bonks.

banshee 2p or 2e i cant remember. it has assault battle axe quirks. i dont have all the gear yet, but each hit is over 200 dmg. find an improved supercharger and a (specifically named) masc mk (c). if you have a big enough engine it can sprint over 200kph and the cooldown is insanely fast. kind of a cheat mech if you get NSS on it too, but its a lot of fun

hey bara, if the scrapper has energy hardpoints why not ditch the IS SRM 4 for some of those continuous smalls you've been wanting to play around with for most of the series? It certanly has the speed for it. oh and you should also nickname it Thor for obvious reasons

The booster jets give a quick hop which could be useful. You've got to start removing the debuffs from your pilots, it's holding them back.

And yeah, the boosters. If you have like 4-5 you can get a good jump, then still enough fuel to buffer your landing but it's a PITA. Mostly, you just damage your own legs. The "quick hops" are nice, but eh...

Hm. Looking through your modlist, there are a bunch of duplicates in it and some stuff that is potentially incompatible. Stone Rhino should be included in the Classic Mech YAML package at this point, for example. Different SRM(c) variants using different types of ammo could be CI and Yet Another Clan Weapon doing the same thing differently, namely adding clanner gear.

@@FunkThompson Issue is that just another hapless fellow walked into the steam forums having something in his game broken by the modlist. Dropships infinitely hovering and spawns not working correctly, and other people having to help him fix his modlist. I know bara is fine as things aren't too broken and he laughs it off as "That's modding, so it happens" but it should still be a responsibility to have a fixed, working modlist for anyone in the audience who isn't proficient with modding their games.

@@FunkThompson Yes, he is a fun person to watch and has a great positive personality. Everyone has flaws, it's normal. I would agree, posting an incorrect modlist isn't that big of a deal, but because he is one of the more popular streamers in this area many people who don't know much about modding adhere to his list, and OTHER people are stuck fixing it.
