So far so good, I have found a few problems but nothing too scary for the price, if you are interested in one let me know, I got the hook up.

Best of the world. Electron is the best decision in terms of price and performance. It sells all over the world, leaving many of its competitors behind. The most important thing is customer satisfaction. After the sale, the interest continues.

Thanks for sharing , It looked like the powder fog was a little wider than normal , is that was that what you were mentioning with the PSI? Do they not offer end cone tips that can grab more focus and less wasted powder?
@RightNowPowderCoating Жыл бұрын
It does come with a cone tip also. You can also turn air down to control powder cloud. I like to spray fast, don't care as much about wasted powder.

I have the EZ 50 powder coating gun with the cup attachment on the bottom of the gun it goes up to 80 KV and I’m having some issues with getting full coverage on some things. Since I can’t adjust microamps what’s the best way of getting the best coverage on things. My ground is an 8 foot grounding rod right outside my spray booth. And I attach the ground to the actual piece itself instead of on the cart or my parts hang. Any advice would be much appreciate it love your videos I learn a lot from your videos. Keep up the awesome videos
@RightNowPowderCoating2 жыл бұрын
I dont know those guns and with out much info on parts it's hard to say. Maybe drop ur kv and see how it does. Can also play with gun to part distance.
@tomwhitt46212 жыл бұрын
@@RightNowPowderCoating thank you
@stridracing94462 жыл бұрын
@@tomwhitt4621 8 foot grounding rod is not enough if you dont have very wet ground. If you have put the rod through the floor of your buildning it does not give good ground unless you put a good deal of water down the hole. You also need to connect your ground cable from your gun to the same ground you use for your parts. The gun you use I doubt give you the actual output as the numbers you set. kV is not interesting unless you can adjust uA (microamps). By only changing kV you dont do much difference for how the powder will apply to your parts. Your gun is more of a toy than a actual powdercoating gun. But to get the most out of your gun you must ensure good ground for parts and gun, they must share the same ground for best performance.

How is their customer service and warranty/service repair?
@RightNowPowderCoating2 жыл бұрын
They offer 2 year warranty and tell me they are avail 24/7 via whatsapp. Since they are not set up here it's best to have spare parts in hand. They are testing the market and if it goes well we might team with them to support the USA.

This is very good timing for me, however I am Canadian. There isn't a whole lot of great options available around me aside from of ordering directly from the manufacturer. Or an EastWood for $260 in the city lol. I am more than okay with paying more for a quality product though. I fully expect it would cost an arm and both legs for shipping, as all things do here lol

Hey Dan, long time subscriber and valiant weekend warrior. How much $,$$$ do one of these cost? Specifics appreciated. For me, barebones model with no features or extras. I highly suspect this grade equipment is way in over my head. 😞 how will i ever get started powder coating at home? I don't think the stupid little eastwood PCS250 will achieve what I've long been preparing for, which is the 3 tone rim finish as well as primer and clear coat making for 5 coats. You've answered my questions before, but now I'm slightly older (23) and have more money at my disposal. When i called greensolv and they helped me crunch the numbers and conclude it would be thousands (5-10K) of dollars for the chemical plus a tank and heat element, etc etc, i became perpetually discouraged, but my hope is not all lost yet.
