I hope this opens the door for another Wu Tang and Nike collab with different colors. I think the reverse of this shoe would look tough like an elephant tusk. They should definitely improve the box details on the next one. I think the 36 chambers album photo on the inside of the CD jacket would be perfect for a box photo. Like what they did with Jordan’s photo on the Jordan 1 black toe reimagined box.

If I'm being truthful, I was trying to flip these so I went for 4 raffles, all of which (thank God) I took Ls on. So no....these were not as easy to obtain as pretty much everyone is claiming. To put into perspective, the visty dunks were very limited all throughout and I got 2 pairs of those from verdy's gift shop.

I scored the W too, and I love this shoe. But this shoe was VERY limited, only 26,000 pairs released on SNKRS, which is more limited than Travis Scott Jordans. Shoes this limited dont deserve to be Sneaker of the Year. If you cant even get them how can it be a Sneaker of the Year? Black Cement 3s is Sneaker of the Year, anyone who wants them can get them, and theyre one of the best sneakers of all time.

4:56 the black is also wrong. The black on the 2024 release is more like a dark slate rather than a true black. It’s the same colour they have used on multiple “PRM” (😂) dunks in the past 12 months. Another reason this release was fumbled hard. The leather on the OG’s is also full grain and has a nice grain and over time patina, so with the plastic printed tumbled nonsense on the new pair they look significantly worse overall with there being a distinct lack of authentic texture.
