Iron Rattler is still my favorite coaster in Texas, but this and Boardwalk Bullet are #2 and #3. Happy I ended up choosing this as my 100th coaster over Steel Eel, as much as I enjoy that ride too.

As much as I love this ride, Iron rattler will always be #1 for Texas coasters, especially since it has single rider queue, it’s so easy to marathon on any day.

Personally, My Texas woodie rank is: #1 Stingray for accessibility and balanced intensity, #2 ZDT's Shuttle Coaster for uniqueness and accessibility, #3 Boardwalk Bullet for nostalgia, even if you've never ridden it before.

For me, this is my favorite ride in Texas. The RMCs are great, but this was just more fun to me. I have some of these GCIs pretty high in my personal rankings. Also helps that my experience at Sea World San Antonio was infinitely better than either Six Flags park in Texas.

I went to Texas for the first time 2 months ago. We went to Fiesta and at last minute went to Sea World. Most of my group weren’t too hype on going to sea world, but what we discovered was that the few rides they have, they really packed a punch! Out of both parks, Texas Stingray was in my top 3, next to Iron rattler, and Batman. Anyway I’ve never really cared a ton for woodies, but this one was on a different Level. Absolutely loved it. I wasn’t as impressed with the actual “Sea” world bit, but the rides in my opinion definitely make the park worth checking out!

IMO Boardwalk Bullet is the best coaster in Texas, but this may be my favorite coaster in San Antonio, kinda fights with Iron Rattler for me.

I love the Texas Stingray coaster but I will love to see Six Flags Fiesta Texas get a new wooden coaster for the park and maybe design a coaster ride like the Phoenix because that coaster was one of the great ride here at Play Land park near downtown San Antonio Tx.

Iron Rattler is still king of Texas for me, but Texas Stingray is a close second followed by Boardwalk Bullet, New Texas Giant, & Mr. Freeze. Wonder Woman will probably be #2 once it gets its new trains...we shall see!

Saw you guys at KI last night! Y’all accidentally started a frenzy for the separator at Mystic Timbers to start giving half of the train to the single riders 😂. Looks like this GCI is also pretty good!

The only time the grouper gave us a spot together was because the groups at the front in standby had too large of a party for the remaining seats available, so they filled the train with single riders. I guess that trend continued later on!
