Hotel Sunday Brunch in Bangalore - full tour and food review
This HOTEL SUNDAY BRUNCH at Caraway Kitchen in the hotel CONRAD Bengaluru left us with mixed feelings, we think it was a decent experience. In our opinion not the largest brunch in India and culinary not too extravagant but dishes are skillfully prepared especially the cakes and salads were looking stunning, some dishes were average and other dishes were tasty; the decadence and luxury one might be after in a Sunday brunch was missing but overall, you can be sure to spend a lovely afternoon savoring on different foods, there will be something for everyone especially fish lovers will enjoy the fresh seafood they have on offer.
In the beginning when we arrived at the brunch restaurant in the Conrad Hotel we felt a bit awkward, as they were not ready with setting up the Sunday brunch and the chefs were busy roaming around and photographing the food especially the dessert section. This is of course understandable given the beautiful art works they have created but may have been more appropriate to do this prior to the guests arriving - who knows, maybe we were too early but this unsettling feel did continue throughout the afternoon.
We can only imagine how stressful it must be to prepare such a Sunday feast for so many guests so critic should be within reason. The staff is working very hard and they did a great job overall and in the end, it is down to personal taste.
We would recommend the SUNDAY BRUNCH in BANGALORE at the CONRAD HOTEL in BANGALORE if you are after a more CASUAL BRUNCH experience. For a more high-end and LUXURY BRUNCH in INDIA, we would recommend the Sunday Brunch at Four Seasons Hotel in Bangalore, we have posted a video on our channel so please check it out!
