The story at the start is what happened to me with meditation. I started meditating at the start of last year and became super productive for the first half of the year. I later stopped because I had gotten used to my life and felt like meditation no longer worked for me. I stopped being productive and just felt lazy and depressed. I picked up meditation to help me sleep less than a week ago and that spark has been reignited. Y'all need to meditate

1. Meditate. 2. Visualize about where you want to go. 3. Excercise. 4. Sleep well. 5. Express gratitude. 6. Practice Kindness. 7. Eat healthy and have a positive attitude. 8. Organize and plan things out. 9. Read books. 10. Keep an open mind and learn new things every day. This is all you need. No need for any kind of drug.

@@NatashaRaisorGlam Micro-dosing LSD will not make you hallucinate. I wouldn't consider that affecting your sobriety journey. Marijuana and Coffee are both psychoactives they"re drugs but only one is addictive. And the amount of recovering addicts that smoke cigs is ridiculous they"re still addicted to shit(I'm in construction I see too many addicts). If a drug can help someone and not harm them in any way and that person declines because they want to be sober but still drinks coffee or smokes nicotine products are just lying to themselves and are too prideful. And sobriety is not the key to freedom it's self-discipline get it straight.

very true. I use to take Piracetam, Aniracetam, Sulbutiamine, Phenibut, and a bunch of other things somewhat rotation-ally out of desperation during a tragic point in my life. a means to survive the up-coming onslaught. it fucked me up and only induced/exacerbated PTSD. it led me to be impulsive and I ended up in the hospital more than I can count from endless panic attacks every single day for 2 years. I was also experiencing de-realization for months. everything felt like a dream. years of my life has been diluted in a blur. it took me a long time of abstinence for my brain to return to normal. be cautious!

Thought I’d mention there is a reason for tinted glasses. Tinted glasses filter the color or waves of light permitted to enter your eyes and therefore furthermore affecting the chemical responses your brain produces in response. An example is filtering out blue light which will keep your brain alert like from screens.

I mean. Im an idiot. But curiosity is something synonymous with intelligence. So like, just shrugging it off cuz it seems dumb is kinda dumb. Sure it seems too good to be true, which means it probably is a money trap. Buuuuut, tf happens if it actually does something? Like. That in itself is interesting. So like a balance of not relying on this video to sell you on the idea, paired with extensive side research in order to confirm or sniff out and dogma is most likely what a smart person would do....and a smart person who just doesn’t give a shit wouldn’t watch the video in the first place. Srry pal. Ur probably just an idiot.

The key here is having the conscience that you you were not the same as you used to be. The thought "I deserve better,I used to be better,This isn't me" drives you considering these stuff. Trust me it takes huge self-insight to come into these conclusions. It's entirely different from the counter argument that we seek a short cut to success. What drives us is that we got uncomfortable and tired of our own shit and definitely need to do something to stand out. If you feel satisfied on the way your life is now good for you.

Nootropics changed my life in a really positive way. I had lyme disease for 15 years, and had allot of cognitive problems. Piracetam and a few others really got me back where I was before I was sick.

@@Quixorion Much better. I dont use nootropics everyday but they really help if I have something i need to focus deeply on. I have found provigil to be very useful as well. Lyme Disease can really mess you up, and with certain nootropics I almost feel like my brian is working 100%.

@@oxarplatt Thank you for your reply! Would you mind to name everything you use which enables you to unlock almost 100% of your brain? I am honestly interested in your Stack. I am super new to the world of nootropics as I accidently discovered last thursday while casually browsing through reddit. Upon discovering it I ordered a few of in Europe legally attainable memory enhancing Nootropics from Amazon. In the following days, I will be getting: 1. Ginkgo Biloba 2. Lions Mane 3. Rhodiala rosea 4. L- Tyrosine 5. L-Theanine 6. Bacopa Monnieri Since Racetam and Modafinil are only availble through prescription here in Europe, I wont be able to get the good stuff. Do you have any other personal recommendation? I am looking ways to enhance my memory as I am student.

@@Quixorion I'm mostly using Modafanil and provigil, but I also use cordyceps too. I find cordyceps to be very similar to modafanil, maybe a bit weaker but its still really good stuff. If you can try to get a prescription for provigil. It's not that hard to get if you have a good doctor. Many blessings!

Individuals succeed largely because they have a clear set of values, understand the planning it takes to get there, and then continue to persist on what goals they'd like to accomplish. They always prioritize and execute what's on their high-value list, as opposed to doing whatever's on their low priority list.

I used phenylpiracetym (10-15x stronger) when I was doing 2 intensive internships and a part time job 20+ hours a week when I was 19. I mixed with phenibute and an amino pre-workout in 5 hour increments. In one month, I wrote 100 pages as a ghost author for a book on how to form a hedge fund, which required reading through nearly 10,000 pages of financial regulation and research material, and that was just during 4 weekends. That was only the finance internship for a hedge fund database. The 2 internships were part time, but it required strict scheduling and discipline to follow through on everything. I’m 26 now, and can’t state exactly what I’m working on, but it does increase your cognitive ability to process and retain information. Disclaimer: just taking nootropics won’t make you successful or incredibly intelligent. You need to be disciplined and have a plan for where you want to go, in order to fully benefit from them. You still have to work for whatever you’re going for, but it will assist with helping you keep a clear head and retain the information you need.
