The key here is having the conscience that you you were not the same as you used to be. The thought "I deserve better,I used to be better,This isn't me" drives you considering these stuff. Trust me it takes huge self-insight to come into these conclusions. It's entirely different from the counter argument that we seek a short cut to success. What drives us is that we got uncomfortable and tired of our own shit and definitely need to do something to stand out. If you feel satisfied on the way your life is now good for you.

Both prayer and meditation awaken key areas of the brain that govern motivation, positivity and an overall sense of well being. Meditation strengthens inner focus and prayer enhances higher level receptivity. Exercise and diet (avoiding sugar, fried foods, red meat and carbs) combined with the above will do wonders for one's health, productivity and longevity.

I used phenylpiracetym (10-15x stronger) when I was doing 2 intensive internships and a part time job 20+ hours a week when I was 19. I mixed with phenibute and an amino pre-workout in 5 hour increments. In one month, I wrote 100 pages as a ghost author for a book on how to form a hedge fund, which required reading through nearly 10,000 pages of financial regulation and research material, and that was just during 4 weekends. That was only the finance internship for a hedge fund database. The 2 internships were part time, but it required strict scheduling and discipline to follow through on everything. I’m 26 now, and can’t state exactly what I’m working on, but it does increase your cognitive ability to process and retain information. Disclaimer: just taking nootropics won’t make you successful or incredibly intelligent. You need to be disciplined and have a plan for where you want to go, in order to fully benefit from them. You still have to work for whatever you’re going for, but it will assist with helping you keep a clear head and retain the information you need.
