I partly agree. However it’s way easier said than done. This is why the ancient term "bad associates spoil useful habits" exist. Or nowadays, “Hang out with 10 millionaires, you’ll become one" - all of us our products of our environment to some degree. But it also takes strong/weak minded people, to produce whatever outcome their choices led them to. Being a product of you’re environment heavily influences those choices. If this were as easy as typing a comment out and posting it. Then lot of people would’ve been “out the hood” by now. A strong minded person who can conquer his environment, is both rare and special at the same time. @@anonymousperson6119 Because he is in the FEDS, they have a 90% plus conviction rate, and because his crew has already rolled on him, he will get at least the equivalent of a life sentence in regard to 25 years at a minimum, which at 31 is a life sentence especially for a rap artist, but he is facing the death penalty too, so that's why it's more likely he'll get full life without parole. Not too mention the fact that they may hit his gang/crew with RICO charges eventually.

That 90% conviction rate is misleading, it includes plea bargains which can be good deals just so the prosecutor can get a conviction instead of taking the chance of acquittal at trial. And there are states with WORSE conviction rates; ppl get off in every state and the feds. And yes, even RICO cases aren’t guaranteed convictions. Most federal defendants aren’t millionaires who can hire some of the best defense teams. It’ll likely be years before trial during which time a lot can happen especially with good attorneys making every play they can. Witnesses suddenly refuse to testify or go back on their statements for a number of reasons, certain evidence and testimony can be deemed inadmissible, procedural errors occur. And that’s before they START trial. Are things looking good for him right now? No, but it’s far too early to claim he’s definitely doing life; he was just arrested and this case likely won’t reach a verdict for years
