As a smaller KZbinr who's been in the game for about the same time as you more or less, here's what I recommend you do: 1. Your conclusion is definitely the next logical step for someone in your position. I wish you the best of luck with your future profession. 2. I think that making a brand new channel intro video with a thumbnail of your brand (just your profile pic with some text really), and using it as the feature video for your home page will help you spread the message that your channel is going to get a massive overhaul, moreso then this style of video. You can just copy paste your script for the conclusions segment of this video and then make the visual layout of your plans appealing and simple. I know it's a lot of work but hey, you said you wanted longer projects. 3. Since you'll be uploading less now, you could move over your streams from Twitch to KZbin. Many KZbinrs have made the jump partially or fully to decent success. Twitch is like a second youtube channel, so why not merge the two so that your KZbin channel stays alive? Best of luck dude.

You see, u making bfn content makes a "dead" game seem more alive. That's what I always liked about the channel. I mean, there are other ways u can make bfn content, simply playing and recording the game is enough for me, but obviously I can't force u to make bfn content. If ur unhappy with it... Just finished watching the video. First of all, Yay🥳! You're about to graduate and move along in life! Secondly, your channel. I've noticed your views for the past couple of weeks had been lowering. The way you're approaching this problem is in a good way. Something that I recommend is making your thumbnails a much more attractive. Time is very important and should be used wisely. Since you have more going on in life, your post schedule sounds fine too me. Many youtubers take Months to upload high quality videos. My understanding is that since you have less time, you'll start posting less which will help you, and make your videos have a higher quality. I have to be very honest with you I don't always watch every video that you upload. I've also been very busy in life right now, school has taken up SO MUCH time. All I hope is that your channel can make it. I've been here since the beginning and even talked to you live you and played with you bfn. I changed my profile picture back.

I think this change is for the better, i had actually moved on from PvZ a couple months back. It was a massive, and i mean MASSIVE part of my childhood. I hope to see new branching content away from PvZ, but i do understand i am one person and not only what i think matters. I Know almost all of your subscribers are from PvZ, but with your minecraft videos, and even fall guys, I know you can do any of it. Do what you think is right.

PvZ isn’t very popular anymore. With each video hitting about 1k to 6k average views. Its sad to see that PvZ isn’t doing well anymore and wish it could come back. My main thoughts on how they could easily bring it back is by updating GW2 with some new characters and a new map. And still continuing PvZ bfn with the new characters and new prize maps. In my opinion the biggest mistake they made was quitting bfn and not even promoting it at its start.
