I am neither a Naruto fan nor a Bleach fan. And I am a massive one piece fan. However, you can't say one piece is better than the two because the other two fumbled. One piece is yet to finish and with all the hype, there will always be a possibility of the climax falling short of our expectations.

The king of shounen is and always will be dragon ball. The manga might have many versions but almost always tops charts when it’s at a good moment and its anime peaks significantly outscore one piece in terms of impact. Sure one piece had a great adaption, but that’s because oda watched it like a hawk. Dragon ball had the original live action but it was never monitored by its mangaka. Arguably one piece just has a loyal fan base that buys first month and then the sales begin dwindling, it just has a serious bandwagon base. Meanwhile other manga that could reach this peak if it had the same publicity and continuity as one piece like dgrayman, could be just as big as aot or maybe even one piece itself.
