Ben probably had a more brutal death, if he was shown. My theory was he was attacked by the raptor pack due to him being there, he escaped bleeding and went slightly higher into the trees. The scent lures the spinosaurus, ripping off his legs. He then dies due to blood loss or the impact, his intestines ripped in half.

Where did you learn this? In the film Hammond respond "feeding them" when asked about the bull being lowered. However when Muldoon discovered the raptor pen was broken open it appears there is only one set of tracks in the sand.

I think this info is wrong, there are 3 Raptors in this Enclosure, 100%. They were Building another Holding Pen nearby, to isolate the Big One. Its never declare but its suposed that The Raptor were the last New Breed in the Park at that moment. And they do not knew their behavior yet, thats why they dont have a Park Paddock with a Fence.

They have moved the Big One to the containment Pen because she forced the others to attack the fences. The other two remaining was on the Paddock (that actually is very close to the Visitor Center in fact) and were the ones who laid Eggs that Grant found returning to the visitor center! Probably is the Couple that Attack the Kids in the Kitchen! When the Big One was feeding on Mr. Arnold. I own you an Apology!

I know the comment about John Arnold returning was a joke, but part of me is just straight up thinking that even if he somehow survived the raptor attack, he was missing an arm and a leg in a warm and humid environment, he would have bled out in moments. As for Malcolm's comment about 3 people dying on the island, I think he was referring to Gennaro, Muldoon and Arnold. No one knew what happened to Nedry, they never found his remains in the film and by the time anyone might have found the jeep, between the Dilophosaurus, the Compies, the heat and humidity and other scavengers, there would be nothing left to find.

Here's a thought: some animals, including predators, have a habit of cashing food. Maybe Mr Arnold as well as Muldoon were stored for later? It could explain the velociraptor's blood thirst better than Big One being a crazy animal.

It wasn’t featured because I believe they were about to film it or was filmed, then a hurricane struck Hawaii and either stopped the shooting or destroyed the footage and they didn’t want to fall behind the deadline so they decided to continue on and cut it out the movie

I always felt that the guy that got eaten by the juvi rex, or was it a juvi carno in the first novel was pretty brutal. Also, King's death and dismemberment by raptors in the lost world was brutal and dark. Especially considering he was a sympathetic character with his disagreements over the way Dodgson's team was handling things.

Yes the raptor did break out and track down John Arnold into the power station being quiet enough to open the door go down the stairs and climbs up and jumping onto him even tho it was not seen at all even tho it kinda was supposed to be it still happened the raptors are the smartest dinosaur in Jurassic park being unseen just like ghosts I call them ghost raptors for fun however they did great in the movie even with that part of the script cut off and in the original novel too but let’s hope the dinosaurs survive you’re the best shadows!

Its a good theory! I always though that he tries to climb the pipes and his arm got stuck there after being sliced or shewed. Recently some diggers of information discover that are more scenes filmed and more takes on this whole thing. The reason Ellie is limping after the attack, its because she step and twist her ankle on the remains of Arnolds leg. And if you look closer, after this attack, she is not wearing the Pink shirt over the blue tanktop. I think she tries to bind the door handle with that shirt, so the raptor do not open the door. I think it is because of this that this Raptor take so long to appear luring the Rexy to follow it on the Visitor Center. And by the way, SPAS 12 it will be a terrible weapon to hunt or defend from Raptors, Except if he was with two of them on each hand on semi auto hold by the hook they have.

The book addresses this. Basically Hammond wanted to nickel-and-dime it by automting as much as possible to keep staff costs down. Most of the work force are low-paid Costa Ricans. You don't see many in the movie, but there is a large work force of Costa Rican construction workers as well as the animal handlers on the island at the time. Ironically, you don't see them because Spielberg wanted to nickel-and-dime it to keep costs down.

One could argue, however unsuccessfully, that by being the it/engineer head honcho, and working closely with the scientists for so long, he might have picked something up. That being the case, however unlikely, he could have stemmed the blood loss and somehow made it back to the labs after everyone evacuated, and somehow created a new arm and leg for himself. How or why he was missed or didn't reveal himself when Jurassic world was being built, that's for someone else to think about.

What happened to John Ray Arnold ? In the bunker we noticed that in the Jurassic Park film that John Ray Arnold went into the bunker but never made it back to the other's ? At that moment in the other Safe room were John Hammond, Ian Malcolm, Ellie Satler, and Robert Muldoon, you never see John's Dead body in the bunker until Ellie comes into the very room and see's the jenrator she soon turns the Power back on and then she just so happens to come near a corner when she feels an arm fall onto Her and soon enough that was John Ray Arnold's dead body but she only see's the arm and then the Leg just before the Velociraptor comes charging into the very room where Ellie is at she quickly makes A run for her very life and at that moment when she's fleaing the bunker Robert Muldoon is getting Ready to kill the Velociraptor when he just so happens to see her and at that very moment he go's Clever Girl before she attacks and kills him and at that moment Ellie make's it back to Grant safely In The meantime Lex and Tim are enjoying there food and Tim just so happens to see that Lex is frozen While only her arm is moving the spoon with the green jelly onto it and that's when Tim see's the Velociraptor's shadow and they quickly make it into the kitchen they both hide behind the corner were a Velociraptor is peeking through the glass and then makes a foggy shadow onto the kitchen door and Right at that very moment Lex ask Timmy what is it ? Timmy : It's a Velociraptor ! Lex : It's inside as they both try and not freak out about the two Velociraptor's coming into the very Room they are inside of Dr. Allen Grant is in the bunker with Dr. Ellie Satler Dr. Ian Malcolm, and Dr. John Hammond are all Safely in the bunker while Grant is loading a gun up and he ask her are the Velociraptor's are most Contained and Ellie asures him that it is Soon enough Lex and Tim are both escaping from the kitchen while a Velociraptor is watching them Escape Lex : It's in there Ellie : Control Room They are all into the control room when Grant is telling Ellie to get the door's locked but he just so Happened to see the Velociraptor fogging up the glass and then he struggles to keep the door closed While Tim is freaking out Ellie tries to get the gun but Ellie : No good i can't get it unless i move Lex : is at the computer and she goes it's a unex system i know how to get the power back up i just Got to find the right file the Velociraptor is still trying to get into the room then it put's one hand into The door and then the door closes right onto the Velociraptor's arm and the Raptor screams in pain Lex : Is having some luck but she runs into a problem just for a minute at that moment the Raptor's Got two arms into the door and then once again screams in pain and sure enough Lex found the right File and then she managed to get the entier system up and running Dr. John Hammond and Dr. Ian Malcolm where both flabergasted when they heard the phone ring and It's Grant on the other end John Hammond ask of the children were alright Grant : The children are fine just call the main land And get the dam helocopter's here and just as they were about to be finished with there phone call the Velociraptor brake's through the glass and lands onto one of the computer's the gun laying there on The ground as Ellie Lex Tim and Grant are all making there way through one of the Velociraptor's Breaks through the sealing and Lex all most falls to her death but Ellie and Grant both save her and Then they make it back into the visitor center's main room were they where just climbing onto the Dinosaur skelleton's and they they were all most free from the Velocirapt's when they just turned Around and saw the Velociraptor just standing there looking right at them and soon enough when They are all onto the ground Ellie get's up as she hears one of the Raptor's coming her way and sure Enough the other one was heading straight for Lex Ellie, Lex, Tim, and Grant were trapped but it didn't last long the T-rex had come to there rescue while The Rex was busy with the raptor's they all made it safely outside and they all got into the Gas powered jeep as the Rex just got done killing one of the Raptor's and the other one upset at Seeing her dead sister laying across the skelleton and before you know it the other Raptor had Jumped right onto the T-rex's back and Rexy got even with the very last Raptor as she killed it with her Musculer jaws and then she roard her menacing roar as the banner feel from the sealing saying When Dinosaurs Ruled The Earth falling at her feet and then the gang all make it to the helecopter and All left flying away from Isla Nublar no one is saying anything but Ellie just so happens to glance over And see that Lex and Tim are both sleeping on Grant's shoulder and the Grant looks right outside the Door seeing some birds flying right by the helcopter and then Grant rest his head on the set while Ellie was quietly smiling at Grant................

Your theory is interesting but not likely, Arnold's death is tied to his personality, in the movie he's shown to be a cool guy who smokes heavily, in the book he's a wreck of a man, constantly panicking, pressured by Hammond and the weight of the park's systems, many of which he designed himself, in the movie Hammond tells Arnold to "shut down the system", in the book he's persuaded by Gennaro that a sudden shutdown of the grid will restart the parks systems, when the power is turned back on the control room was restored but after a few hours the computer warns that the park is running on auxiliary power and that the fences in the park have been off for hours, when he realises his mistake Arnold volunteers to go to the breakers and restore control manually with Gennaro, during the trip Gennaro realises that they're being hunted by the velociraptors and tells Arnold to make a run for the shed, this scene was changed in the movie for Ellie, Arnold makes it to the shed but finds a raptor right behind him, he hurry's down the stairs and looks back at the raptor realising it cannot walk down the stairs, the raptor instead leaps at Arnold who is overcome with fear that he doesn't even fight back, he's then dragged into the darkness by the raptor, it's more likely that the raptor dragged Arnold somewhere warm and partially illuminated, which the breaker panel would have provided where he was picked apart as raptors have been shown to be scavengers and will hide food in small piles!
