this may be true but when you have gone through 4 years of suffering with each year something new bad has happend to you either if that is losing your best freind who you adore and look up to and comprmise your friendship and repuation by making sure others dotn suffere and put others first instead of your self you make them succed but you fail worse each year and to making a mistake and getting arrested for something you did by accident and make your family be hurt i wouldve given up a long time ago but for some reason im still here and sometimes i question why but i could just be subjectiable to pain and nothing fazes me anymore i say mission first emotions later everything i feel a hint of pain or think of pain i move it will build up to i break but im already a broken soul. one day someone a girl can be there for me to be able let go of everything my past and be better because there is someone who wants to be there for me and care for me and i can do the same someone to talk to and have fun laugh and go on dates and watch movies together that may fix me

From my hospital bed a while ago, I mentioned to one of my caregivers that when I was in my 20s I could run 5 miles a day. I have been in great shape about five times, but didn't maintain it when health issues began. He said the most accepting and healing thing. He said he used to lift weights often and just stopped. He said, What you want from your life changes, How you see yourself changes. To say that was so perfect at the time. Now I am back to regular exercise and this time my goals are in reach. Self acceptance is a good base for improvement. I'll never forget his kindness.

I cry daily due to the death of this man who sang this originally. He’s been dead for 4 years since 20th July. Chester Bennington has unknowingly helped me through so much. His music is the love I never received. It’s like he holds me and rocks me back and forth to assure me that I’ll be okay and that I can survive this. And that if I leave, he cares, maybe not others, but he cares. The original song is called One more light By LINKIN PARK. The singe is Chester Bennigton. And he died from suicide. So it’s sad that he’s stopped me from it.

The grade is perfect to work my legs and stretch them at the same time. then I went to planet fitness to rebuild muscles in my arms, legs, and back. I feel good! Results are encouraging. I have been eating correctly for my new normal, and have lost 16 inches altogether since being in the hospital. At that rate I will be my personal best fitness level again by October. Thanks for asking. In summer I will be walking in the warm water at the beach to strengthen my legs. I love that. Something to look forward to...

I have stage 3 cancer, I’m tired, I’m struggling. 25 single mom with three kids. The depression is real. A moment is all we are… life is short it’s a literal flicker. Loose your ego, and live life as a free soul. Stop stressing, stop worrying, just be you and live your life to the fullest. I’m here dreading that I spent the better half of my life overthinking the past and worrying about the future that I never lived for what was right in front of me. My now.
