The other potential 'partner' is a "KEY" electrician according to her words. I wonder what happens to the company if he leaves if even she realizes that he's key to this company. The owner saw something in him, but this couple just doesn't want to share in the spoils. Be careful what you wish for

Right as an electrician if you lose a key employee with a company less than 10 people chances are the company is gonna go down the drain

just agree to give a set amount of price of 1- 1.5 million(enough to retire) and that is it. Life is not certain you will get paid that much every year. a lot can change in 7 years you can get sick or a partner can die and cannot work anymore or change of business can lower the money in this economy. I would not want to be in contract giving money to someone for that long..buyout owner is being greedy.

Having a partnership with 3 people is a bad idea. Has nothing to do with envy. They’d have a majority stake so he’d just have to accept whatever policies they picked.

I had a dream on 12/11/2024. I was standing on a stage in an auditorium to the left of the podium. Donald Trump was giving a speech. There were other politicians standing beside me. When trump finished his speech, he turned around to walk to the side of the stage, he saw me and patted me on the shoulder and said, “Good to see you here. Come over and sit with me.
