I've been drinking them for a couple of years now! Honestly I just love them and my routine feels funky if I don't have them. I'm not someone who is incredibly prone to bloating or acne so I wouldn't be able to tell if theres a huge difference for me PERSONALLY. I do think that they help with digestion for sure because on the days I don't drink them, my mornings just dont move as ~smoothly~ haha
