St. Mary, St. Mary. Gone are those days when you could get up in mornings and wash your face and brush your teeth, sometimes squeezing out the last of the toothpaste to brush your teeth. Then you would eat fruit all day. Sometimes you would ignore breakfast, which is cabbage and salt fish and roast breadfruit and chocolate tea. Sometimes egg which you get from the fowlnest and mint tea. The mint was grown in the back yard. Banana with run dung with salt fish and coffee tea. Just naming a few things. Gone are those days. We thought we poor, but we blessed to eat healthy. You eat what you plant. Even the pigs ate healthy. You would cook young bananas and young bread for then and given leftover from the table. The dogs ate healthy, they would get turn corn cornmeal and left overs from the dining table. The cows and the goats ate grass. The chickens ate grated coconut and leftovers. Then, you were sure of what you were eating. One more thing, we used to get our milk from the cows and the goats.

@@gracegoldson4280 I know what you are talking about. Those were the best times. We were eating healthy and didn't even know or realized that that was so. I used to eat a lot of guava because it was there. Didn't even realize that it's one of the most healthy fruit. Thank you for sharing ❤️👍🇯🇲

@impactingjamaica25 күн бұрын
As for your question, it's important to keep your seed phrase secure. To send USDT to Binance, you'll typically need to import your wallet into a compatible exchange or use the wallet’s built-in features to transfer your funds.
