Dylan, always great content from you! For some reason, the shots of the coaster when you were on the Studio Tour gave me a much better perspective on how massive the coaster it. Probably the fact that the shots were from "ground level"!

Yes Dylan my family and I have waited in that extended queue for forbidden journey. That was within the first 3 months it opened. And it was drizzling while we were out there. We were in line for about 2-3 hours.

I get not wanting to go down the rumor mill but when permits are filed with the city lol I think we’ve moved past rumors 😂 There’s actually 2 hotels - one in the front parking lot / front gate area and another back behind where ifly is (which that is going away as well). Security will be moved to enter citywalk instead of the theme park. One entrance will be connected to the ifly back hotel that will go straight into Harry Potter land and the regular entrance. My Crepe place is closing down too 🥺 Lake falls will be replaced with 4 new sound stages (which means they may expand the lower lot???) So excited for the changes happening! I liked that place. Cant wait for all the changes

6:01 Man, I reminisce about Hot Topic's old gargoyle statues with friends all the time! I've spoken with a few employees at that HT store over the years who also miss them. Sad they had to go after Hot Topic changed their branding... they really added a different kind of flair to CityWalk whenever they would light up the gargoyles' torches at night.

Somewhere on line is the expansion plans for the Hilton expansion. Dylan you should do a tour off the existing tour of the onsite existing Universal hotels. I don’t think any other theme park vlogger has covered them before.

I live in Florida near Universal. I just love how they don't mess around when it comes to their projections. During covid, instead of slowing down, they kicked building velocicoaster into high gear. They are building arguably the best park in the world in less time it took Disney World to build Guardians of the Galaxy. Based on what I am seeing, it would not surprise me at all if Fast n Furious opens sometime in 2025. I also think Rip Ride Rocket will get torn down in 2025. Then Orlando will get its own Fast n Furious coaster from Intamin with a custom layout.

They used that bit of the queue during the first few months of Wizarding World being open, but not much more than that.

They should just replace all of City Walk at this point, almost all businesses are gone, it’s falling apart. No one even goes to City Walk, as opposed to the one in Orlando. Utilize the space for more hotels and park expansion

I think one of the big issues is they don’t offer free parking after a certain time like they do in Orlando. I think that would help out a lot.

I hope Universal does a hotel like Volcano Bay. Living in SD it’s really a deterrent to go up to Studio City and a hotel would definitely make it more enticing.

I really love the Universal Hilton and always get a room on the 22nd or 23rd floor facing the park. The view is spectacular. Rumor is the hotel that Universal wants to build in the parking lot will have a maximum height of 11 stories and mostly block out that view. That will probably become my new hotel of choice... Sorry Hilton! lol

The Line Friends Square store should be pretty similar to the Sanrio store. Line is a messaging app that creates their own characters (Line Friends) to sell stickers of them in the app and stuff. The characters on the construction wall are collectively known as BT21 and were designed in collaboration with BTS in 2017.

On the studio side Universal has been beefing up their news facilities on the lot, because they are hosting the 2028 Olympics International Broadcast Center. So I had assume they want the new hotels for the duo purpose of attracting tourists, and housing all the international tv crews in 2028.
