various sections are removed and various are summed under one sections thereby trying to make bulky document simpler so that subsequent additions and amendments doesnt make it much bulkier compared earlier. also the language of various laws are simplified according to present scenario and present legal jargon’s it started overhauling process of old indian laws. there are list of many which i can say in support of my claim but i also agree that there are room for improvements also. nowadays people having zero knowledge and experience of jurisprudence and legal aspects comment so easily on judiciary on social media attacking constitutional institutions and objecting their morality but they are unable to provide alternatives, instead of just criticising its better to object and put forward your alternative to solution that can solve the problem.

Ans - No On pretext of marriage, any male can be convicted for rape case under BNS69. Male are fools if women use them? any law for this? Ans - No Female can file cases for rape, but if a man is sexually harrased, then any rape law? Ans - No ( 377 was available for unnatural sex but no more in BNS) Adultery is a crime when husband does it as it comes under mental cruelty and can be jailed for this, hut if woman does that no punishment only option is divorce with alimony and maintenance till the time proceedings are going on. Any solution in BNS? Ans - No I have a lot of things to say, dear just merging laws are enough? and telling the indian citizens like they have done something great 😂
