being a flyer available very early in the game defaults vanessa as an OP character, she can also comfortably cap skl and spd, pair that with that godly str growth... yes she's OP

Okay did the math (someone can check if I did this wrong)--I'm seeing a 0.054% chance of at least 9 str gains out of 10 level ups with a 35% chance of success, which is a 1 out of 1,852 chance... Binomial distribution function: (n!/((n-x)!x!))*(p^x)*(q^(n-x)) The odds that at least 9 out of her 10 level ups got str is equal to the odds that exactly 9 or 10 str gains occurred. So we just add the chance of 9 str gains occurring to the chance of all 10 str gains occurring. Chance of 9 successes: n (number of trials) = 10 level ups x (number of successes) = 9 str gains p (chance of success) = 35% q (chance of failure) = 65% P(x)=0.051% Chance of 10 successes: n (number of trials) = 10 level ups x (number of successes) = 10 str gains p (chance of success) = 35% q (chance of failure) = 65% P(x)=0.003% Chance of at least 9 str gains with 10 level ups: P(x)=0.054%

I think if I did my math right and there isn't some odd algoritihim in FE (I think I recall there is some rounding), that for 5 str level ups in a row its 1.4% chance for this variance. As she has a 35% str growth which should be (1/3.5)*X where X is the number of consecutive level ups. Edit: for order of magnitude error*
