you will not be able to see light until a ray falls on your eyes/retina. you can't see a traveling ray until it falls on your eyes which is a sensor. in your experiment when you blocked the light path with a pop it it reflected a few light rays and also absorbed few light rays so the reflected rays reached your eyes and you see the object. infact the definition of light is - "Light is a form of electromagnetic radiation that is visible to the human eye." even a simple Google search gives this result. please reply?

I don't think I see light. The camera/eye never lies because your eyes are silent on the subject. Plus the speed is too fast to be sensed. Same with colour. It's not on the outside. It happens in perception in the brain. I think it exists but it's invisible...the experience. I fish at night. Your eyes adjust to the low light levels and the colours disappear. Really people confuse what they say and hear with what they "see." it's deceptive. That's why advertisers go in for creating a visual spectacle. People are easy fooled by it.
