Not having a single issue. Moved lines from Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Moble a few months ago to Visible+ 35 per month promo. Porting to eSim could have been easier or smoother. Service has been perfect. Mwave performance at NFL games in a famous stadium has been out of this world. Normal 5G UW service is excellent throughout the US and I travel a fair amount.

The hotspot promotion right now is 10mbps download unlimited, which is.. It's slower than us mobile, but honestly for it being unlimited it's pretty great. But honestly you can just hook up your phone to your laptop through tethering, and broadcast using your phones data. So unlimited, unthrottled verizon ultraband at 200mbps. If you really wanted to, you can plug it into your homes router and leave your laptop on never sleep and have unlimited data highspeed internet. Or even take it on the go, i'm in college for my and i'm frequently just sitting in my car waiting for a delivery. So i study alot in my car. Works perfect.

I've had the 25 dollar Visible plan for 2 months, and everything is as advertised. I've had hardly any problems with the mobile network, and the hotspot is at least as fast as the expensive phoneline based broad band that I had, but for 1/8th the price.

I have been with Visible here in North Central Florida a long time. I recently got an unlocked Motorola ONE 5g UW phone for less than a c-note. I am on basic and pay $20 a month for service. I use tons of hotspot data and watch videos in 1080p.

I remember a Visible video, a little while back, done by a different person that said the 50GB of premium data does not get used while you are on the UW5G data. It only goes down when on the regular 5G and LTE data. Do you know if that is still true? This is a very detailed video with lots of good information. I have always liked your videos 👍.

From some further research on my part, that actually DOES look to be the case. Users who are on Visible+ and are accessing the UW network are already at a higher network priority anyway (because UW handles the traffic better). So in reality, those who only have regular 5G or LTE will be benefiting the most from that extra 50GBs of premium data (that only kicks in "when required" and is only used when the network is congested). This also will make it nearly impossible for an individual user to calculate manually themselves how much of that 50GB of "premium" network data that they have left for the month because of this.

Visible is great as long as you don’t need customer service for anything. Then it becomes frustrating. I chose visible because it’s the only prepaid carrier that has Apple Watch support.

I have used Tracfone for 20+ years (Verizon footprint) and value the customer service phone support. I am currently in day 2 of the 15-day trial of Visible. So far so good, but after watching your video about having your service terminated and the tremendous hassle of chatting (no phone support), I may rethink porting my number to Visible. That being said, since Verizon purchased Tracfone, do you have any insight as to what may happen to the Tracfone offerings, customer service representatives in Miami, or pricing plans, will they get folded into Visible or vice versa. I only ask because of your extensive experience with Visible and probably other MVNO carriers. Thanks.

Happy to help! I will be covering Tracfone in future videos but for now, nothing else major seems to be changing with it as of the moment. Verizon is "slowly" starting to take over more and more of the "prepaid" brands that use their network I am starting to see. If you are happy with the Tracfone experience, I would stick with them for the time being but if you are looking for an alternative provider; you should check out US Mobile and their Warp 5G (Verizon network) plan.

I upgraded from my Samsung S20 Ultra to a S21 Ultra. eSim worked nicely on my old S20 Ultra but just like my old S20 Ultra, the S21 ultra was factory unlocked. So when I attempted to transfer my eSim over, it wouldn't work despite my IMEIs being compatible. The problem is that I use 2 phone plans because I don't want to transfer over my number. I don't trust Visible with my old number. Visible offered me a free physical sim and so I basically flipped the sim roles of the 2 phone plans and got it to work. T-mobile was the only carrier that you can use the esim without contacting a carrier support line. I like my S21 Ultra but giving up a truly unlocked eSim and a microsd card slot for 5G Ultraband and 120hz at full resolution is still a hard pill to swallow. Visible is difficult to setup at first, because of the slow website and glitchy app but once the ball is rolling, its pretty good. I thought Samsung phones were a good replacement for my old LG phones but I was wrong.

No. They force people to buy their phone and unless you do, they will claim your phone is not compatible. These phones are VERY expensive. Not only that they will quickly announce the phone is obsolete and you need to buy new phone (from them). Got a supposedly "compatible" same brand, same model, Verizon (used). Put old chip in -- incompatible. Asked for the to connect me. Was told phone was incompatible.

Thx, this video, along with some of the comments (and other research) Helped me better understand my current situation. I am Currently with Xfinity mobile (running on Verizon's network). Just upgraded to the unlocked Samsung S23 FE. Xfinity says not compatible and will not let me activate it. They say I need to buy it from them. ($600 vs $400 unlocked). I also have an older phone/line with TMO. They Helped me Activate the new phone and it is running well and fast.

At home I use the home wifi from my wife's connection. As of now she doesn't want me to use "mobile data" outside our home, thus unless i'm lost and must connect for the maps app for directions I am dependent on finding wifi. Would buying Visible allow me to use the home wifi, then connect to Visible outside my house the rest of the day? I could make do with the low allowed data amounts there but I am a heavy user at home with the wifi home internet.

I had Visible+ but left because while at home is poor signal and always doing wifi calling. But once I left my home the service was great no regrets (In NYC). Same when I was with US Mobile Wrap side. So is a Verizon tower issue. If I get great Verizon Signal then I would jump back to Visible or even US mobile Wrap side. Tmobile is strong in my home and in the city so i went to a Tmo MVNO.

Customer service for visible is awful. Only chat bot and you can’t use microphone. Must request agent multiple times to get a human. Agents are not well trained and will waste your time and if your really unfortunate your number. I spent 23.5 hours this past month, no exaggeration, trying to resolve issues. I had no data for half the month. You cannot use a vpn. When I realized how undependable it is I told the agent I planned to move the service to a second phone, they lost my number. If you don’t have much to do and don’t mind losing your number they provide phone text and data when it works for them.

Yes it does. However, it is important to note that you won't actually know if you are "roaming or not" because "Visible" will always be displayed as the carrier name instead of "extended network". But yes, Visible has FULL domestic roaming coverage within the United States.
