@@LewReviews If you are doing a work out in the morning then yes you can do that to spike your insulin. But the overall health benefits of fasting far outweigh having breakfast everyday and not letting your body recover. It seems that way sometimes. I've actually started intermittent fasting and being healthier not having an early breakfast is appearing true!

I've been eating weetabix almost daily since I was 3 years old. I'm healthy, although I do have IBS which could've came from anything. I do think if I would be healthier with a better substitute and recently started realising it triggers my stomach aches (but for me that's practically any food I eat so I never singled anything out). What did he say at 1:26? Edit: Never mind, worked it out. Organic Rolled Oats

Bummer! I really like Weetabix; not many cereals have the full set of nutritional green traffic lights, i.e. low in salt, low in sugar, low fat, low in saturates but unfortunately because of the extra additives during the processing much of the nutritional value has been compromised. While it's fair to say that Weetabix is still more healthy than most Supermarket cereals, it's yet another mine in the minefield and one of many trade off foods.
