Is your Art TOO STIFF? How to create movement

In my early attempts at digital painting, I wasn't quite aware of these things, but I'm seeing there's quite a lot to think of and so much to re-learn. Which is why getting back into it is a bit of a challenge for me.

Thank you for the lesson! I really needed this reminder. I often struggle with stiffness in my drawings as I tend to draw especially portraits without putting enough thought into them and the end result lacks movement. I really need to keep in mind that if I really want to improve and create interesting pieces, I should actively think about the motion in them!
