I'm sorry you're dealing with that-low energy and poor sleep can really take a toll. Have you tried focusing on your sleep routine or adding small energy-boosting changes, like balancing your meals with protein, healthy fats, and fiber? Let me know if you'd like more tips!

@@DrTazMDI definitely like more tips! Because my mood get really bad especially during that time of the month. I’m 37yrs old and I’ve been told I’m prediabetic. I’ve tried a sleep routine but I find myself waking up every day at 3am.

I am stuck! I’m post menopausal 64yr old thin woman. I’ve had my A1C in the prediabetes range for years and would just lower carbs periodically to get it down. I started MRT about 9m ago.( estrogen gel and progesterone pills) I was on HRT for a few years right after menopause but taken off because of fibrocystic breasts. I also have hypothyroidism. My last labs showed high triglycerides, A1C 6.2 and high T3. My endocrinologist raised my Synthroid. I got really serious and got a CGM to monitor BS spikes. I’ve lowered my A1C going low carb as the CGM states but I’ve lost too much weight!! I go in to see the endocrinologist the end of the month but don’t want to be this thin! I also have osteoporosis. My sleep is good, I do 30-45m of zone 2 cardio. Stress is good(except for this!) I am planning on adding resistance training. Can you give me any advice? It’s all so frustrating.

What if you have low blood sugar with high androgens. Is it the same advice?
